Chicken Milanese is delish! Shared the lunch portion in the spinach dip. Perfect lunch!
Wonderful, great.
We had reservations for Sunday evening. We waited 15 minutes for a waitress and another half hour for drinks. Then another forever wait for mediocre food that was cold when served. I have been going to Brio for twenty years. It used to be great but has completely gone to zero. Never again. Avoid like the plague!
Have dined at Brioâs several times over the years. Reserved dinner to celebrate a family birthday. Very disappointed in the dining experience last evening. The quality and service at Brio has dropped dramatically. Several items listed on bar menu was not available including basic wine (out of stock on several bottles). Ordered a martini with olives and bartender finally delivered martini and was told they were out of olives and offered limes instead. Service was extremely slow with apparently disgruntled staff. Food was finally brought out out of order. Will NOT plan on dining at Brioâs again
Great food, lots of flavor. We sat outdoors - beautiful day. Wonderful waitress.
Always enjoy our time at Brio
Used our coupon and enjoyed dinner with family
Everything was good. Service was a bit slow.
I had reservations but canceled because my friend worked late and was not able to make it on time to our reservation. I called and canceled. We met there anyway and sat at a table in the bar area. The table for the bar area was excellent. We waited a long time for a waitress and they knew we were waiting for one because I asked if we could sit there. The waitress brought us bread with a plate of butter slices but no knives or napkins. I finally went to the bar and asked for them. We ordered 2 appetizers and only received 1 with no serving utensils to put on our plates. I asked the server for one and never received it. We finally used our forks and knives to scoop our appetizer which we shared. Our 2 appetizer never came. I went to the waitress who waited on us and she said she will go herself and get it from the kitchen. We did not have time by then because we needed to leave to go to the Muny. She offered a to go box but the appetizer would had been too messy to eat at the Muny. She was nice enough to not charge us for our appetizer which we were willing to pay. Brio needs to hire more help. That waitress was beyond busy and was about to cry from all the stress she was under. I donât blame her what happened, I blame the management. I might eventually go back to Brio during happy hour with friends.
The food was mediocre. The salads were rather tasteless. But the main courses were pretty good. Being out of Aperol and pancetta, to name a couple, is crazy at the start of the weekend. Our waitress was clearly overworked but she did a good job considering that. And for the quality of the food, the value was questionable.
