Best meal Iâve had in St Louis since Niche. Awesome food, amazing cocktails and service. So glad we ventured downtown to give it a try. Just wonderful.

It doesnât get much better than this in St Louis. Yeah itâs not cheap but if youâre going to eat, eat good. Service was impeccable and not in your face. We did the 5 course testing menu and even at a smaller size itâs plenty of food and you will leave feeling full and not underwhelmed. Aside from the tasting menu there is a regular menu and even a bar menu. Ordering from any of the menus will bring you an experience that encompasses more than just food. Plan for a couple hours of time and a server that isnât just talking to you because they have to, but because they want to. Itâs uncommon in St Louis to get both a meal and an experience and this was just the right amount of both to make an extended meal feel like it was over too quickly.
As always, Blood and Sand always provides the best food with and elegant and creative presentation. Ingredients are always fresh and changing to keep from becoming routine. My wife and I love this restaurant and recommend to everyone.

Tried the 5 course tasting menu with wine pairing and everything was well prepared and very tasty. The staff is very attentive, yet there is plenty of time for personal conversation.

This was some of the best food Iâve ever eaten, and thatâs a lot coming from someone from New York (the metro area, not upstate!). My friends and I were served by Zach, who was adorable and did a fantastic job. The tasting menu was out of this world, and the tequila and rose flights were delicious. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a high end dinner with quality service.
Great service! But food was horrible. 5 course prefix menu was bland and overcooked bbq ribs in St Louis was the worst part. The service was amazing just not enough to come back.
