Amazing food I like to stop in this place anytime when I drive to St. Louis
Upon arrival, the restaurant was fairly empty with occasional customers getting their take out orders. So we were able to sit wherever we wanted and the waitress gave us the menu and was very pleasant. We ordered the Doner Kabab and it was delicious. The bread was thick and there was a good amount of meat. In my opinion the perfect ratio of meat to bread. The tzatziki sauce in the Doner Kabab was great and of high quality. After we finished eating the waitress didn't return, so I went to the cashier in the front and paid, which was actually more convenient! If you are looking for homemade, high quality Bosnian food, Berix is your place.

This place was recommended by a friend and I finally got a chance to stop in. The food was horrible it gave me food poison. I called the restaurant to report the incident not wanting anything back for free nor a credit the lady on the phone said she would notify the owner. The owner never called me back to check in with me. Let me tell you something owner you should really care about the health of your customers. If you don’t care you should just close down your business; very disappointed with this restaurant and leadership skills. Wake up and smell the coffee it’s not all about money. Learn how to communicate with your customers. Thank you for getting me sick for a week nice job. I do not recommend this place to anyone coming from a professional Chef! If you want good food go to Aya Sofia Restaurant, I granted you will not get sick.
I am so confused why people are complaining about the service. They were friendly and fast. The burekas are amazing, so was the dolma. The beef bureka was my favorite, and the spinach one was amazing too. Very reasonable prices also. We dined 3 people and paid 38 dollars and were very full.
Fantastic place to eat or just pickup your food! Awesome authentic Bosnian food, lots of variety. The best cevapi, pljeskavica, burek, sirnica and more in Saint Louis. Deserts, including baklava and cupavac are the must haves. Very clean and fancy/gorgeous place, 100% beautiful. Multiple big screen tv's with different channels on so you can watch whatever you want. Staff is very friendly so are the owners. Very affordable too. Must try.

Ordered 10 cevapi to go, got home realized there was only 8 little shrimp sized cevapi. They still taste pretty good. Unbelievable Easter European / Balkan / Croatian / Serbian / Bosnian food! Every time I drive through St Louis, it's an absolute must to stop in. My favorites are the ćevapi, burek and sarma. Very friendly staff and super quick service ?
