Ice cream was ok. No bathrooms. How does that happen? 3 year old potty training and has to go..... will not be back.Update: still no bathrooms. Not kid friendly.
I will drive 10 miles just to get my FAMILY'S HAND packed frozen treat.DO today7/26 I purchased 3 waffle bowls an the young man put the frailge bowls in the same bag as my 3 large containers of hard frozen ice cream. I came HOME w/ waffle crumbs. ((E) in st.louis.
Got the fudge brownie ice cream sundae. Not good. The toppings to ice cream ratio was way off. Way, way, waaaay too much topping for the amount of ice cream. It was so dry and sticky. Just terrible.
Love this location! It’s always so clean and the staff members are efficient when there is a crowd.
Horrible customer service, went in for a late night snack after my sons baseball game today, July 5th at 9:00 pm. All three of the workers were very rude and hostile, one of them threw my ice cream on the counter and rolled her eyes. Horrible service I won’t be returning.
I will never be going to this location again.The ice cream is great but the employees have very little care for customers.I went here for the first time a month ago and found a very long strand of HAIR in my ice cream. I was given 3 free scoop cards to use on my next visit.When I went with some friends to use them, they would only let me use them on a single large scoop. They refused to let me use 2 cards on two scoops in the same cup (which would cost less than two single scoops in two separate cups so it would be a loss for me).I then decided to get two more single scoops but my friend wanted a smaller scoop. They then said it wouldn't work cause it was a smaller scoop and not a large scoop so they had to give us more ice cream before they could accept the free scoop card. WHY?It's like trying to pay for a $10 item with 2 $5 bills or a $5 item with $10 and being declined both times.It's pointless in the scheme of life to worry about such small things but it's also equally mind boggling why I could not use a more valuable thing to pay for a cheaper thing.The most frustrating part was how the employees seemed very upset with us while we were very polite. They seemed mad that we were trying to use the free scoop cards.
Great ice cream. Nowhere to sit inside. Only options are eat ice cream on curb or in car.
My wife and I came here Saturday evening around 7. We were promptly waited on by two very friendly young ladies. We then sat in our car directly in front of the store. Within minutes there was approximately 15-20 people in the store. Within the time we ate our bowls of ice cream most of the customers had been waited on. Just think those young ladies who were working deserve a big shout out and acknowledgement for doing a great job!!!!!
My wife and I have a really enjoy their ice cream. They may be a little bit on the high side for the size of the scoops.It would be cool if the employees expressed a little bit more joy.Experience is just important as quality of food.What a certainly been a five star.But will be back nonetheless.
