Me &my family came in to this bandana's yesterday for memorial day 2022 and we were seated right away &Eileen was our server &she was very professional, hospitable, courteous, sweet,kind, caring,hardworking,helpful, understanding,a go getter,had a positive attitude &greeted us with a smile &didn't have a tone&wasn't negative &didn't gossip about anyone&had a great personality &a great sense of humor&very outgoing &unique &the food &the service was way above outstanding service &also she was very quick and attentive &our drinks never went unfilled&if you want a outstanding server to wait on you please request her to be your server &she will give you outstanding service!!
Great bbq. I like the brisket, chicken, and Mac and cheese. All of the sauces are absolutely fantastic. The best of them all is the Carolina tangy mustard based bbq sauce. The service is always quick and seems like a steady spot for dinner. Great location since there aren’t many other spots in the area
The staff was very friendly and helpful, though service was a little slow for a fairly quiet night. The food was good, and I enjoyed the selection of BBQ sauce at the table. They also have little prepackaged containers of the sauce to go home, which was both adorable and convenient! My son said the chicken tenders were some of the best he's ever had!
Quick service, clean place, good food. I really like how Bandanas has levels of pricing - budget busters, sandwiches,lunch and dinner platters as well as family meals. It helps to size your order to your appetite. This is a go-to for a quick lunch.
Since moving into the area in late 2020, we've ordered here every few months. Every time it has been almost perfect. Ribs, turkey, brisket, chicken... Everything!
This is the only Bandanas in St.Louis that if you call for a pick up order at 4:30 pm on a Tuesday-they’ll tell you it’ll be an hour before you can come pick it up. Really? Try a Saturday at 6:15. It’s not like they’re cooking the ribs before you come and get them. You just fill up those styrofoam cups with the sides,put in a piece of tinfoil to separate greasy meat from sides and slop it in a to go container.Ordered the pork and beef dinner and they told me they were out of beef(brisket),then the girl was like “Oh yeah..we can do that.” When I got home I found they gave me slices of fat with a tiny bit of meat on it. I was like “Damn…these guys are shady.” Bandanas barbecue is great…but this location isn’t set up for a reasonable turn around time on their to go orders. They should definitely work on that.
Upon arrival the restaurant was not very busy. When we sat down at the table, the bottom of the table was completely broke and falling on the individuals. Only two servers were assigned to the incredibly large group. As a past server, it was apparent they were likely under staffed. However with a reservation made days in advance this should not have been an issue. Food smelled good and was delicious! The cleanliness was average.
Portion sizes were small unlike another bbq joint in fenton. The order came out wrong but the waiter quickly fixed it. Over all its bandana's so.. its unique flavor was what we were after and it delivered.
Bbq was awesome, and the sauce selection was amazing. Will definitely return next time I am in st louis. Waitress was quick and courteous.
Their meats are always cooked deliciously, I personally can't get away from the smoked turkey! Best prices in town for good bar b q. They in house bbq sauces are all very good, one of them will be sure to please even the most pickey. I do have to knock them for their sides. You can tell they are all prepared from cans or frozen, really wish they had more fresh sides. Overall great place to eat.
