My wife and i recently stayed here the night of our wedding and reserved a wing for 10 rooms. While booking the rooms i spoke to the reservations/party coordinator and asked if they had a room/conference room we could use for the guest to hang out for a while after the reception and eat/drink for a bit. They mentioned that the room was booked which is totally fine but they have a bar inside the hotel that they would leave open for us. We were suppose to have first priority for the shuttle bus and instead waiting a long while for the shuttle to show up and get us to the hotel which we find out the bar was closed. We were greeted with very poor customer service while presenting this issue. All though i understand it’s not their fault for the poor communication from management but still they could have been more understanding and pretended to care. Instead we were left to hang out in the lobby which just looks trashy to be honest. Not at all what we expected and just very very disappointed.

Staff 10/10, hotel facility 5/10. Pool was down due to "no chemicals to clean it." The room had Cheerios and other children's snacks behind the couch in the suite. I don't think the hallways were air conditioned. The whole building was super humid. Front elevator was down requiring us to walk to the back end of the building, go up the elevator and walk the whole way back to the front of the building on our floor. Checked out after one night to find another place. Front desk was very helpful in finding us another place to stay. Every staff member we met was great.

Hotel was nice, clean, and staff was friendly. Good location. However---we stayed 2 nights, and they didn't bring fresh towels to our room the second day until we asked for them. They brought them while we were out, and they just left them on the dresser in front of the TV. They didn't pick up the used towels, make the beds, or empty the trash. It made our room look really trashy when we left because there were 3 of us who took showers each day and ate snacks, drank cokes, etc. So both trash cans were full. The front elevator wasn't working, so we had to walk to the back elevator, then towards the front to our room, and to the back for the elevator each time. Also, we've been home a week and they still haven't released the hold on my credit card, when they said that would be done within 3 days. Would have been 5 stars if not for those issues.

Excellent customer service, lobby & rooms look & feel nearly brand new, with a really cool Aviation themed lobby.Fitness room was very clean and well outfitted. As with anywhere, the pool is serviceable and the kids had fun, but pool room could be a *little* cleaner. Was slightly misled by pics online & wrongly assumed their was complimentary breakfast, because I didn't read through the amenities list. For the price, not a deal breaker though.

The wait staff in the bar were great, the adult milk shakes are amazing. The food was no bueno and over priced. The room was great, the pool was awesome and the fitness room was badf*@knA$$!! Loved the giant king bed. The couch bed need some attention, new mattresses on the couch beds please! Check it out!

The outside and the lobby and lobby bar were newly decorated and I enjoyed the pictures and murals. When I was there the lobby bar was not open yet. The actual rooms were just okay. In need of remodeling. I had to unplug the ancient alarm clock as it was making intermittent noise that I could not stop. For the price I could have stayed at a nicer hotel with more amenities. I only needed one night and it was just okay. I will say the staff were super friendly and helpful.

I took my 11 year old daughter and her friend during their spring break, it was perfect, we stayed there 3 nights and they did not want to leave. They had a blast swimming and it is close to food and activities and a mall. Very nice staff and I had a wonderful cob salad in the in house restaurant!!!

The location is great, easy to get to anything you could want to see or do and near many restaurants/shopping. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired. The pictures are deceiving, once you arrive it’s obvious this is a very old BW that has had some additions and remodeling to turn it into a “signature” property. The mattress on our pull out had some questionable stains on it and we had to request bed linens more than once. The cleanliness wasn’t up to standard, the linens on the king bed had lots of hairs on them that did not belong to us. We were placed in a room on the 3rd floor and the elevator closest to our room was as out of order from arrival and the 2nd elevator also went out of order half way through our stay. All in all I don’t think the price was reflective of the quality.

OK for a quick stop on a long road trip. The room had a weird smell...like musty or maybe like they used to be a smoking room and now they aren't but the smell is still there. The lobby is nice but then the room was old/need updates. The whole place felt like it needed a deep clean. The main elevator was also broken and our room was a LONG walk with all our stuff and two tired kids! There were no suitcase carts available & no offer to help from staff.

Room detail could be improved. Several places needed dusted. Front desk personnel were super friendly and helpful. Bar manager was extremely polite and fun to talk with and went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay.
