Best Korean Food I've ever had!(And I've been to alot of Korean restaurants!)Service was friendly and the atmosphere was clean! I would highly recommend to anyone!
The service was amazing! We drove 30 minutes for the food, and we were treated with the upmost respect and kindness we have ever gotten which turned the experience to a 5 star there but it doesn’t stop. We received hot tea while we waited for the rest of our food with nothing but smiles from our server. We will definitely come back!
I used to live in S. Korea for a year and this place has the best and most authentic Korean food in all of STL. Plus, they stayed after closing to make sure my son got his keys for his apartment that he left there. Kamsamnida!!
Don't bother going here if you want take-out. I tried ordering over the phone but they didn't answer. So then I ordered online for pickup through Google and Chowbus and was originally told it would be ready half an hour from ordering. It got moved to an hour after placing the order. When I went in to check on it, the person working the cashier said they purposefully moved the pick up time to later because they give in-person customers priority. There were only four tables being used, and everyone already had food. I didn't have another half an hour to wait, so I asked to cancel my order. He did, but because I had ordered online, I had to contact Chowbus's customer service line to cancel my order there and get my refund too. I had ordered on the road since my mom is at risk for Covid, so we didn't want to dine in. I've worked at restaurants before and you're supposed to work on orders as they come in, regardless of whether it's take out, delivery, or dine-in. Isolating one major method of purchase (take out) is seriously limiting business, and doesn't take into account the health and safety of customers. This is a shame, because I want to be able to support this business and enjoy my favorite dish, but this interaction really made me not want to go here anymore.
To look at the outside, you'd think this would be a cheap greasy spoon. In reality, it's as far from that as possible.Splendid waitstaff, an appetizer assortment brought out for every meal, and quite likely the best bulgogi in the state.
Delicious Korean food. Highly recommend. We had seafood pancake, mackerel, fried rice dish and several over items.
Went at 7:30pm on a Wednesday night and there was only 1 other table. However the food was good, tried the Galbi, seafood tofu soup, and the Bulgogi dolsot bibimbop and they were all delicious. Just wish they served more than 6 of the side dishes (some places do 8-10). Not sure if it gets busier on weekends but will definitely be back.
OMG, what authentic and outstanding food! Wreath Korean food regularly and this is the best of the best.
The staff was very friendly and the food was so delicious. I will definitely be going back
She says she's not hungry, and she doesn't know how to add rice? They gave us extra rice for free of charge. And they told me to enjoy it, but if I do the review like this, it'll be a mess.
