Food was good, especially the chicken penne. Mary was a standout, a server who was attentive to our table, wasn't on her phone, and was personable. Most of the staff just sat around, literally, and didn't do much.
Went on a Thursday for lunch. Wow, the staff is excellent. All of them. Especially the hostess or manager, not sure. She had a great big smile. Food was great. My wife and I will be returning soon.
The website said it closed at 10. We ordered delivery at 7:52. We were told it would be here at 823, then we were told our delivery person was on their way. Then we were told it would be here at 843. Then they cancelled it then sent a following text that it was coming. We called. They said due to staffing they closed at 8. Nothing reflected that. So here we are, almost 2 hours later with no food. A $70+ order being refunded in 3-6 days. SMH.
Amena waited on us and it was the worst service We've ever received! She never brought us silverware, our appetizer, or our food! The only thing she brought was the bill and laid it on the table not saying a word... she never checked on us NOT EVEN ONCE! We didn't receive service from her what so EVER and she calls herself a server! I would leave a 0 if I could!!! Food was great and the bartender Rob was cool tho!
Whiskey burger and Classic Burger were delicious. The onion rings were crisp and dry well seasoned.
Rickey was our waiter and HE IS THE BEST!!! we are a large family and he made us comfortable and our entire order was correct! Very clean establishment and very family friendly. The bathrooms were also very clean! They earned all 5 STARS ?
The food was great. We ate from the 2 for $25 menu and no disappointment. Plenty of tasty food on the plate. I especially liked our waiter Gabriel. He was very friendly and helpful. He has a great disposition. We will be visiting again.
Great place to go for appetizers & $5 drinks! Always looking for a fun girls night out spot. Definitely a relaxing chill night, plus good service.
Tonight we ordered online from this location for delivery as we have done many times during the pandemic. Tonight it was because we didn't want to go out in the cold and wanted to watch the STL Blues on TV. They use DoorDash for deliveries. Our order was received and it showed the driver had picked it up. Great! However, for some reason the driver (as we were tracking) was out in Fenton area by Gravois Bluff. The store is in Crestwood, we live in Shrewsbury/Webster area so nowhere near Fenton. Our food arrived 40 minutes after it had been picked up by Doordash. The driver claimed there was an accident and it rerouted her that way.Of course our food was cold and we were pretty annoyed at this point. We called Applebees and spoke to the manager Joy as we felt they should know since they use Doordash. She was very understanding and she willingly refunded our money.Just thought she should get some thanks for making an unfortunate situation better. We will be visiting this restaurant again but probably not be using door dash in the future!Thank you JOY!
Host with gray hair complained repeatedly about her co workers. ( dishes left, people on break, she seemed to be a bully).Burned lukewarm Ribs Masked with pasty style sauce.Salad was wilted.Waitress was nice.I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.
