I heard about Agape Christian Counseling through Bott Radio Network. When I thought I could use counseling to help strengthen my marriage, I called them up. I had seen one of their amazing counselors, Sue, for almost two years. She helped not only my marriage but myself. I’ve grown so much spiritually and emotionally with her help. I am so thankful for her guidance and support through some of the toughest years in our marriage. I cannot advocate for counseling enough. And Agape is one of the best counseling centers I’ve been to. Do not hesitate to call them if you have the slightest need for help. They will match you with a counselor specific to your needs. And my counselor was the perfect fit for me. She’s the best!!!

I wish that I could give a better review. I was excited to find a Christian center that had a lot of positive reviews - I thought maybe this time I landed on some place good. However, after meeting with their counselor Kat I can truly say this place is a sham just like the rest of them. She genuinely lacks compassion and made me feel as though my thoughts about my self image where nothing but attention seeking. I was disappointed that there would be no good initial plan to help me and no availability moving forward. The company obviously takes on too many clients and can't handle the load. I would suggest you find another place that has caring compassionate counselors as I did. May I recommend Crossroads Counseling Centers to anyone out there who is looking for a good wholesome experience with people who actually care about others.
I went in not knowing exactly what I would get out of counseling, and got more than I could ever imagine. The past few months have brought so much positive change into my life, and I am forever grateful for everything that I have learned during the sessions. If you are hesitating, just go for it; you won't regret it.
This agency helped me find the help I needed. They connected me to a counselor that met my specific needs and they worked with me to be able to afford the services. They have an extremely professional staff and wonderful management. The facilities are clean, inviting and warm I always feel welcome every time I step in through the doors! Jennifer Miller is Not experienced, tells you what you want hear then does different behind your back, definitely do not go to her,especially if you trying to get custody of child, SHE IS NO HELP
My counselor ended up leaving Agape and I received an email and letter indicating I would be reached out to regarding what to do. When I got the phone call I was informed that my counselor had completed employment and that they were canceling my appointments. I gave a pause waiting for the person on the line to let me know what they were going to do for me in regards to a new counselor and setting up appointments. I got nothing... I have anxiety and complex PTSD. I was making significant progress with my counselor in regards to these conditions and now I feel as if my support has been ripped away and I'm to be left hanging. I'm not sure how a Christian based company can do such a thing to a client in need. Especially during such trying times. I realize that there are more people seeking help than there are counselors. However, if a counselor leaves the company I would think it's the company's responsibility to either provide stand in help or at the VERY least provide resources for help elsewhere if they cannot accommodate. Overall I'm very disappointed and if this is how they treat clients when such events occur I really don't think it's worth even working with them at all. I now have to pretty much start fresh with a new counselor. It took me a long time to find one I "clicked" with so on top of what causes my anxiety in the first place I now have this to worry about...
