Ordered online and picked it up, they had everything ready once I got there. They gave reheat instructions which was nice. I ordered a full rack of ribs, 1/4 lb of brisket, sides of beans, slaw, potato salad and pasta salad. The ribs were hella good, the beans were the best, then pasta salad, then potato salad and then the slaw. The brisket wasn’t bad but probably wouldn’t order it again.

This place was fantastic. What a find. Per the owner, this is a Memphis-hybrid style rib. The ribs were amazing. The pastrami was also amazing. The max and cheese was good and the buns and applesauce great. The owner was super nice. Just overall a must stop if looking for bbq in St. Louis.

Great place. Adam greeted us and talked us through his menu. The ribs are some of the best. Tender, moist and the apple butter glaze makes it very unique. Brisket was melt in your mouth good. Definitely a must go place for BBQ.

This place looks like a hole-in-the-wall but the food was absolutely amazing from the rack of ribs i ordered to the Cole slaw and baked beans. Both side items were possibly the best I've had and the ribs weren't far behind. We had a chance to talk to the owner, who showed us he really cares about having a great experience and he even told us about the story of Adam, a young man who lost his life to illness, whom the restaurant was named after. If you love BBQ as much as I do, make sure you eat here.

Best ribs I’ve ever had. Michael was very friendly and recommended the ribs and baked beans, both out of this world. Definitely recommend and will be returning hopefully regularly

amazing food and friendly service! I come from Alton to get it. Not usually a fan of wet BBQ but the pulled ribs is the real deal!

I’m just going to review the taste of the items we ordered. The half slab of ribs was very tasty. The burnt ends and beans were way too sweet. Burnt ends were also dry and swam in a sweet sauce to keep them moist, but it didn’t do the trick. Altogether, I would just order ribs again. One more star lost for the cost of the food including such a tiny side whereas other places give you two sides. Not sure if the locals prefer their food this sweet but it’s just too much for us. Like, burnt ends should not be swimming in the same sweetness of sauce used on cheesecakes.

This place is the real deal! The owner does a great job of perfectly balancing his dry rub spice blend with a naturally smokey flavor and aroma! The flavor of the full rack of ribs was right down my alley (tinge of natural sweetness and savory). And the best part is the meat fell right off the bone and it wasn't dry at all!And let's not forget about the baked beans that pair's amazingly with anything you eat it with!!!There was definitely a positive ownership presence and the customer service was exceptional. The prices are competitive for the quality and portions you get. Thank YOU for doing business right with passion! We will definitely be telling everyone we know and we will be back soon!!!

Ok, for the price, a little too high versus what you get. The ribs were recommended and are very good with a definite pepper taste, I would say a 8.2 on a 10. The pulled pork was normal, nothing flashy. The sweet bbq sauce was good. Mac and cheese was good, potato salad not really. Overall, 6.5

We were in town from out of state for a hockey tournament, looking for a good BBQ place and found the BEST BBQ at Adam's Smokehouse! There was a group of us that stopped in and everyone loved their food! The coleslaw was bomb. I highly recommend this place it is a must try! The service was very friendly! I give this place a 5 star! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
