Long line in the drive through, charged us for the wrong order, waited for around 10 minutes. The drive through workers were very nice and pleasant but the blue-haired manager told the workers to “give them their food and get them out of here” very rudely.
We ate here on 7/10/22 while traveling from KC back to Omaha. The teenagers working here were extremely efficient at their job. Very polite and helpful too. One of the best fast food experiences we've had in a long time.
Ohio transplant, the original home of Wendy's. I enjoy eating at this location. It is clean and the staff is friendly. The strawberry frosty is GOOD!

Came this location first time and here lobby closed because construction in lobby just drive through open but i have semi truck trailer i went inside talk to staff I don’t know her name I think she is manager may be but she understood my problem and help me I really appreciate thank you
Fast drive thru even during construction of the lobby. Baconator Fries were fresh and delicious!
Stopped in drive thru for a Frosty and Fries. The line was very long but the person working the drive thru was so nice and pleasant, we didn't mind the wait. When we got our order the fries were fresh, hot and delicious. I don't mind waiting when the service is so good.
Went through drive thru as the lobby is closed for remodeling, ordered 1 sausage egg and cheese biscuit sandwich and 1 bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwich cost of $6 and some change, got home and opened bag and wife asked what I ordered and told her but she didn't see either sandwich 1 was a sausage biscuit only sandwich was dry and my sandwich was a chicken bacon biscuit and if we didn't have other things scheduled I might have returned but we didn't have time. You want $15 hour for someone to throw a sandwich in a bag without any consequences then pay attention to your entire job's from start to finish or stay out of the kitchen area and clean table's. Sandwiches were dry and tasteless, glad you made a sale and don't care.
The drive through was packed. They were moving each car through every 10 seconds. I've never seen anything like it. Truly a well oiled machine. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. They knocked it out of the park!
