Good place to eat. Same with other Taco Bell locations here in St. Joe.
Service and food were outstanding. The line was long but it was worth the wait.
The manager is definitely about cx service!! Very polite and went above and beyond to satisfy my experience!!
Ordered online. We ordered two carving boxes, both was supposed to come with chalupa supremes instead of that we got two hard shell tacos that tasted like they’ve been sitting out for a hot minute. And our 5 layer burritos were cold. For the long wait I figured it would all be hot and correct. No. It was terrible.
So yesterday at around 2:30pm I went there and ordered my food normally, they give a doordash order that wasn't mine, I notice as I drive away. Me being annoyed I went right back through the drivethru and presented my receipt showing that that was not my order and they took my receipt saying they'd give me the correct food and asked if I could pull to the side of the building and they'd bring it out to me. They made me wait another 10 minutes in the car with no ac on top of the 15 minutes I had already been there to order and wait to fix my order. So I go inside to get my order out of sheer loss of patience. I get it, I leave, I get home aannnndd...wouldn't you know it? AGAIN, it's not my order. The receipt in the bag doesn't even match what was in the bag.??♂️So I call and tell them I want my FULL order in the books so I can pick it up. Fast forward to 20 minutes ago I go to get my 3RD FN REPLACEMENT ORDER!! And I bet you can't guess what happened next.? IT WAS FN WRONG AGAIN. 1 ORDER MESSED UP 3 SEPARATE TIMES. Like I can't even comprehend the absolute incompetence it takes to pull this off. Either they just decided to mess with me specifically yesterday or they're AWFUL at their jobs as a collective. Step it the f up. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!
Even though they were very busy and the line was very long it was late at night and I was ordering a lot of food for 5 people. I ordered about $40 worth of food and they made everything perfectly so the wait was worth it and I was happy.
Sat in this drive thru for an hour before we gave up and went next door to Freddy's.People were coming from inside and said wait time in there was 30 min per person in the store . I don't know what's happening with this taco Bell but it's definitely the longest I've ever sat in a drive thru line. Skip this one and use one of the others in town.
I have waited 45 minutes for my carry-out order of 2 items and I'm still waiting...
Slow! Mobile order is pointless, they don’t start making it until you come in to get it. Might as well sit in the 1 hour drive thru
I love Taco Bell but not as much as I used to. They took a lot (3!) of my favorites off the menu. It has forced me to try other things and I've found some winners I might have missed before. The Chalupa is so good, the flat bread is both crisp and chewy. The Chicken Quesadilla is really cheesy, Mmm. Soft beef tacos are my new favorite, so basic but so flavorful. Taco Bell is in a tie with Arby's for my favorite fast food.
