The lady who took our order had a very rude, "I couldn't be bothered" attitude to us and the customers behind us.
I've been to many subways. Didn't get what I tapped, like provolone. I like extra veggies and couldn't input on the tap order, this is the second time here. My sandwich smelled like a wet cat. Toasted isn't what it came out like. It was just warm. I've got to find a better one, they didn't put enough of the veggies I ordered. So disappointed $ 12.54, wasn't worth it. I dig get chips no drink.
You have to order on their kiosk and you can’t actually customize anything for example flight or extra sauc, veggies. Gave me 6 inch instead of 12.
Our Deluxe Subway Club was great. Good customer service. Only one thing wrong.... uncored tomatoes.
Ordered at drive up. Had to place order using machine. Machine was not working properly. Tried to talk to someone but they refused to help. Wasn't sure if my sandwich was going to be prepared correctly or not. Took way too long. It was close to what I had wanted at least. Won't use drive thru again.
I love subway and this one is the closest to my house but they never put all the toppings I ask for it’s very annoying it’s happened like 3 times in a row lol
They barely spoke to me handled food out window not even looking at me. My california steak bowl had no avacado, one of the items I look forward to the most. And they forgot my sons drink and sides. Unfortunately I didn't realize any of this till home, and had no desire to deal with them again

Tried to place online order. The charge hit my account and then got put back? Called to ask if my order was placed, was hung up on multiple times. Now I'm hangery and don't know if I have food coming or not.
Every time we go here we have issues. Went through the drive thru and my husband got a blt and they literally didn't put lettuce or tomatoes. It was bread bacon and cheese. ???
