Horrible attitudes!! I asked for a pink drink with sweet cream cold foam light ice and strawberry purée. I noticed she wasn’t putting light ice so I reminded her, she looked straight at me said nothing and continued to make my drink full of ice, when I finally got the drink it didn’t have purée in it so I said something again she gave me a horrible attitude and snapped at me saying she did.. no she didn’t it tasted like a normal pink drink. I decided to not get drinks there again but decided to get coffee beans and have them grounded for espresso again I got a horrible attitude when I told her what I wanted she looked at me and asked if I was gonna pay for it like I didn’t have card in hand I was telling her what I wanted before paying for it like you normally would order then pay… she grounded it for regular coffee didn’t notice until the next morning so I went back and again they grounded it for regular coffee. I finally called a corporate location explain my situation and they were able to help me out
This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at starbucks. I feel like that says a lot considering I have enjoyed locations from Vermont to Idaho and from North Dakotah down as far as Oklahoma and Florida. I ordered a Pink Drink and a Cinnamon coffee cake. I had the Cinnamon coffee cake in just a couple of minutes ( maybe 3mins) I proceeded to stand there an additional 21 minutes for my Pink Drink along with several other unhappy customers. The lady handing out orders was absolutely NOT FRIENDLY nor apologetic for the extremely long wait times. I have marked this on my list of locations not to stop at again
No dark roast at all available , you call this a Starbucks it's just pathetic

horrible employees who go online and hate on customers and talk about how they hate there jobs and that there just waiting to quit I would avoid this place just out of fear of getting spit in my drink what a terrible person to hire why get in customer service if you don't like your customers ??
It is the starbucks experience you know and love! Indoor seating is mostly closed due to covid but you can still order inside.
Masks required. Very disappointed. We were able to use the restroom without them but we couldn’t make a purchase. That’s an insult to intelligence as it makes no sense.
My girlfriends chai tea latte tasted horrible she described it as tasting like “bitter water”
Had them fix my drink, and very friendly and ready to fix the problem:)) also loved the smiles presented to me
