We tried three stalls. No response at any of them. We tried the drive through. The car in front of us ordered, but when we pulled up, no response. I said, “hello?” a few times and nothing. A couple other cars ordered and were served while we sat there. I don’t know what’s going on but I won’t be trying this place again.
The staff is amazing. They were kind, quick and friendly. My experience with the night time employees was great definitely recommend them to everyone.
The Sonic in Falls City has lost my patronage. I understand it's hard to find help. I understand that everyone is a new hire. However, when I sit in my car waiting 45 minutes for my drink order and the lights go off, there is a problem. They closed and had no record of my order. I have heard stories from others about waiting in the drive through and being told they are very busy and can't take an order. Or waiting for an app purchase that never came.
We ordered 4 drinks and waited 15 minutes for them while people who got there after us got their food before us. I get their short staffed but come on its not like you have to cook anything.
We still haven't got our order...it's been 1/2 hr for 2 ice creams, fries & drinks
Standard sonic fast food. Extremely long wait at 3:10pm on a Friday. Almost 30 minutes from pull in to food in hand.
They had a hard time making a cherry limeade but those can be tricky, you know.... I let them know about it and the Lady working drive the was very helpful and quickly made things right. thank you
We've had some not great food from here however normally, they are on top of it. Thanks for being fast and convenient.
Got a chicken slinger sandwich and it was very dry, I think they may have given me jerky instead ?
Won't be going back for awhile. Everytime I go there before work its always something with their system messed up. I sat in the stall and hit the button and waited instead of someone coming out and saying something I tried to go through the mobile app and order. It wouldn't connect with the stall I was in so I go through the drive thru and thats when they inform me their system is messed up.
