Came here at 9:30 ice cream machine was being cleaned so I ordered two slushes and they forgot the nerds. Worst Sonic in st. Joe
I never leave reviews but steer clear of this sonic. Seriously there’s a good one down the road a mile. I was one of the only cars there and it took 15 minutes for them to take my order after I had pushed the order button. When they did take my order the man was very short with me and seemed to have no training in customer service. I’ve already paid or I would have driven off already because I’m still sitting here waiting for food after 23 minutes of waiting for a very small order. My food came and my mozzarella sticks are burnt and did not come with sauce that I asked for.
We went for a large code red and a medium cherry limeade. We set for 15 minutes and another truck just got there. A girl went to the truck first and bought out their order right away. She stood talking to them and act like we were not even there. Finally Bruce bought out our drinks. Got told that the card reader didn't work there. No sign says that. The cherry limeade didn't have a lime or cherry in it. Will never go there again!!
Horrible experience. I went there just for a milk shake. There were only two cars parked and after 15 minutes transpired, i got frustrated and drove up to the drive thru. After explaining my situation they quickly made my shake but it was not made with TLC. It tasted awful and they didn't even put whip cream on top. I won't ever be going back.
We both got a bacon burger. It was by far the worst burger either of us have had! Fries we ok. The lid on the milk shakes came off and spilled in the car.
Two stars for the quick purge, only one star for the employees though. If in a moment of weakness you eat here rest assured when you do puke its super quick. I puked 4 times in under 5 minutes then was completely fine. I would only say one star, but they get 2 for how quickly the puking lasted. I am thankful that my mistake of eating there was corrected. The employees completely suck though and the food as a result is awful.
Dinner was ordered for my mother, best friend, and I. The food was pretty good, albeit a little less salty than I would've liked. However, beats being too salty. And they did give us salt packets without asking. They were pretty quick with their delivering.
Got drinks at half price since it was between 2 and 4Great deal
This sonic is really not ran very well everytime I stop here it's just grungy looking my order is never right the employees are not very friendly it's just all together sucks for real
I VISITED TODAY ABOUT 11:40AM. WHILE WAITING FOR MY ORDER, I NOTICED HOW DIRTY ALL THE WINDOWS WERE. THEY WERE TERRIBLE. THE PLACE SEEMS TO NEED A LOT OF REPAIRS AND A GOOD CLEANING. ALL OTHER FAST FOOD PLACES WERE BUSY EXCEPT THIS PLACE. WHEN GIVING MY CHANGE, IT WAS JUST HANDED TO ME, NOT COUNTED OUT AND NO ONE SAID THANK YOU OR HAVE A NICE DAY WHEN I GOT MY ORDER. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IN MY OPINION. HOWEVER, MY PRETZEL WAS DELICIOUS.
