Really went down hill with the new people there. Floors were very very dirty. Never picked up used plates from our table the whole time we were there.. watched worker take plates and cups off of empty tables and never cleaned table's or chairs with cleaning towels. Was out of chicken most of the time we were there. Got my pizza order wrong asked for light sauce and got extra sauce. Forgot to cut the wife's pizza and had to take it back to cut it. 82 outside and phone said it was 80 inside. Had to ask to have the radio turned on. The tv used to be on sports and the last 2 times we have been there the tvs are off. No place does it say the price..Had mostly vegetables on the chicken bar. Used to have more variety. We use to go there 1 or 2 times a week and now im not sure we will go back. Just not the same with the new people. Very sad to see this happen.. it use to be a great place now its just not good...
Good food. The dessert pizzas went fast and there was only one flavor to choose from at a time. The servers were incredibly friendly & helpful.
My son and I eat at the Saint Joseph location once a week. We consider it a tradition now. The food is fresh and always perfect. I don't know how they accomplish the variety, cleanliness, and kind staff, but every time they do.
Do NOT get the soup and salad bar. There were 2 pots of soup. One was just dried out crusty stuff, the other looked like some sort of gravy. The waitress didn't change the soups after we told her how bad it was. The lettuce for the salad wasn't very fresh, either. I doubt I will ever go back.
Don't know what has happened went from my favorite place to will try them in three months hope they improve. Last three visits two take out and one dine in. Take out chicken was tough and dry like it had been over cooked containers were half full on sides. At $65.00 a visit I would at least like edible food. The last dine in wasn't much better. Salad had wilted parts in it, pizza was ok they only had three out in the middle of the buffet. Sure were in a hurry for ppl to leave. Tried to clean around the table next to us as soon as the customers finished their plates. At our table I got up to get more to drink and they took my plate with half the food still on it!
Not too happy. Putting fresh stuff on top of old. No ice cream. Bus boy cleared my table while still eating!
I was just informed about the situation that happened to a family that has a person who is autistic with them. To say they were mistreated is an understatement!! To have heard about this from another customer is very disheartening. When an establishment is religion oriented, you would never think that a situation as horrific as what happened to this family could happen in a business. We live in a day and age where inclusivity is becoming a big part of everyday life. You never know someone else's situation. I just know that kindness goes a lot further than the ugliness that happened in this place. I really hope that people who are a little different are excepted at your other locations. They certainly are not at this location. I would recommend that the employee's and management are taught how compassion and kindness can effect a business.
Its been hit and miss during covid but now thats things are swinging again and people are showing up its been fresh and good except the fish...just dont..
Disappointed in pizza ranch. Was out of town had a birthday $5 discount. The cashier could bring up the membership on his screen but wouldn't give the discount because we did not have the membership card. Why do they have the app if you have to carry the card.So we left and they lost out on an over $30 sale. Not sure if this is for the entire pizza ranch franchise or just this one. But it made no sense.
My husband likes fried chicken and I like pizza, so we always frequent this restaurant when we are near one. The buffet is always full and we love the choices of food. We also like the senior discount and the rewards program.
