The BBQ sandwich blew my expectations away and the Cajun fries were crispy and flavorful. I was very impressed as I was going in with not a lot of expectations.
I ordered my pizza and it was over an hour before I even got it then your driver Rusty Donaldson gave my pops to somebody else and was supposed to bring some back and never did I even called him and he said he was on his way but he never showed up
Make the pizza right. Pay attention to the order. We ordered Taco Pizza with no onions as my husband is allergic. After driving 30 minutes home we realized they put on the onions!! At the store when picking up they had made bread sticks instead of the Cinnabons we ordered so we had to wait another 10 minutes for the right thing while the pizza sat and got even colder.
Delivery time was horrible. Pizza was cold. There was no marinara sauce with breadsticks
Was late 45 min and forgot half my order and had to bring back and was cold
October 8th placed an order through app. For delivery after an hour no show called them and was told they didn’t get an order for me. They charged me 30.00. Drove to the shop showed them an order number and my bank account where there was a 30.00 charge pending. I was told They never got an order for me and that when he clears the charges at the end of the day that 30.00 charge will be dropped. It is now October 11th and the charge is still on my account. I called and after getting the automated runaround I hit the number to place an order. Got someone not at the shop it was. Call center she said she would transfer me to a manager. Placed on hold and got the automated runaround never did get to speak to a manager.
I used the drive thru window and when passing my order out, which included wings and a package of blue cheese, it would help if they put it in a bag before handing it to me instead of asking after I have it in the car already.
Everything was hot, fresh and ready. The young man at the window was polite and accommodating. I asked to have my sauces put in a sack and he did so with no complaining.
good food, price and service for what i ordered. Pizza actually had a bit too much pepperoni on it making it a bit greasy but still tasted great
The system put my order as carryout at the store while I got notifications for delivery, so I have to wait over an hour for my order past the original delivery time.
