Mackenzie was a great help tonight. My mom called and placed a order which we thought was at the south belt. When I went to pick it up the workers told me they didn't have a order. So we went back home. My mom then called all the stores in st Joe. And no one had our order. So after waiting 10 mins, I called back to south belt and replaced our order. I spoke with Mackenzie and she informed me that we would be sure to get our order and she gave us discounts. Even though it wasn't her fault. But so very glad she went above and beyond on what she did. Thank you Mackenzie for making it great and making the day better. Just goes to show there are still people that work in fast food and that care about making customers happy. Thank you again Mackenzie...

Lady on the phone was rude and said I shouldn’t apply there. She said I was too incompetent to make a pizza but i think id be a really good pizza maker. But she also said she doesn’t get insurance and makes minimum wage, and no free pizza. F that. I’ll go to dominos.
This is the best Pizza Hut around here. We ordered a huge meal and the workers here got everything correct and ready with zero mistakes, the food took barely any time what so ever to get ready and was amazing, the manager was also incredibly friendly and very helpful
This is my wife's favorite place to eat pizza!! I think she could eat it almost every day! Always a clean restaurant. Keep up the great work!!!!
We were traveling up I-29 and a couple of people in the car were hungry and, to make a long story short, it was decided they wanted Personal Pan Pizzas from Pizza Hut. So, we ordered them in the app and then exited to pick them up.The pizzas were ready quickly. They were hot, fresh, and tasty, Employees were friendly. Restaurants was clean and well-maintained.Some of the employees were goofing off in the dining room with friends and off-duty employees. So, attentiveness and professionalism suffered a little. However, that sort of comes with the territory when most of your employees are in their teens and early 20s.
This place was horrific! Order two pizzas and had the delivered to our hotel. They gave us the wrong pizzas and I called back. The manager was rude and told me he did know what I wanted him to do about it. I told him come get these and bring me the right ones. He stated he don’t have any delivery driver and won’t for the rest of the night. I never got my correct food and I had to call a dozen of times to rectify my refund. He want me to come in the next day for a refund after I told him we were leaving at 6am. Worst place to order food.
Pizza was barely cooked, cheese was not melted, ordered extra pepperoni for extra money and did not get extra. Took one bite and tossed in in the trash, waste of 24 dollars, will never order again.
Ordered the spicy pizza and French fries they where great both items the service was also top notch if you have not had either of these items I highly recommend them the fries where crispy and the pizza was perfect the crust was deep pan and crispy the girl behind counter was very polite will visit again the store was clean
I ordered pizza on a Friday night and within no more than 15 minutes, we had super hot, freshly made pizza and our order was perfect! Super impressed!
