I've had good and bad experiences here. My 2 most recent ones were bad though. Came one night and they were only accepting cash. Then came another night like a week later or so and was told they were cleaning their frappe machine so I couldn't get the frappe I had ordered on the mobile app but they could substitute a shake or iced coffee for it. I said I'd take a strawberry shake and received just a plain vanilla shake. SMH I was gonna say something but I was already annoyed that they were cleaning their frappe machine at 7pm.
Employees were lazy rude and extremely very uncourteous didn't even actually act like that they wanted to be there and do their job
Ordered at the speaker at midnight once again they don't listen went around. To the window they did get the full order and did not provide the receipt then left they did not give me the fries I ordered went around the girl at the window got smart when I said I did not get my fries and she said she did not ring them up and I said well you did not listen!! Went to the window and they made me pull around to the drive through for the 3 time to order my fries when asked for the receipt the GM was there and he did not fix the problem either !! I am filing a complaint with the corporate office next
This Mcdonald’s Restaurant used to be a good place to eat. The restaurant, in 2022,, has rude employees. The food is not as other Habiger’s restaurants & usually is mediocre. It is not a good Mcdonald’s restaurant to eat at.
Super fast serive and excellent customer service . Fast fresh food made order correct
Ordered on mobile app thinking it would be quicker. Checked in as soon as I hit the parking lot and still sat for 20 minutes. When my food was finally brought out she had to ask me which of the two orders she had was mine and I was never even given so much as a "sorry for your wait". Atleast the fries were hot.
Trying to collect Stitches for our little boy. Got Minnie instead. Wish they would have said something like, “we’re out of stitches” etc. Most of the times they will forget to put something in, from sauces, apple slices, fries, normal chicken instead of spicy chicken etc.
worst experience ever. never even opened the drive through window for me. then stick her hands into my car and tried grabbing me. and then blamed me for her not taking my money to pay #sonicsbetter
Didn't have any issues, food came out good. Employees were a bit moody but that's McDonald's standard anymore
I feel like it's somewhat over priced for what they offer. Feeding a family of 4, the ticket is the same at a sit-down restaurant. I just come back for the happy meals.
