It is said that this McDonald's is open 24 hours a day, but on multiple occasions in the AM there is nobody to take orders. The drive thru is supposed to be the only way to order during this time but when you sit in front of the order screen nobody responds. Today I drove around and saw an employee duck down to hide from us so they don't have serve. Pretty annoying.
Rude lady at counter this morning. There's a way to tell people you're closed. If your lobby is truly closed lock the door and don't be rude about it. Since your lobby isn't open since the door clearly was, neither is my wallet.
Just tried to get food here and one of the several young kids(teenagers or early 20’s) hanging around outside said they were closed. When I said my phone showed open 24 hours, he mumbled something about people not showing up and he wasn’t going to run place himself. I got the impression that they just didn’t want to work. I had to edit review after reading other reviews. This place definitely needs some firing done and new staff hired.
You're better off skipping this location and driving an extra mile up the Belt to the next one. At this location you have a 50/50 shot if they'll even be open for breakfast and less of a chance of getting what you ordered. This location's staff is always angry and rude, if they are open, and act like you've interrupt something. Plus the other location is a lot cleaner, the staff is way more attentive and they're actually open when they say they are. This morning I stopped for breakfast at 6:10 and no one was working yet, but all lights and signs were on. When I drove around to leave there was one or two sitting at a table in the dining area. This was my last time trying to get something to eat at this one. Judging by the reviews this location has a lot of issues.
Staff would not unlock the doors for dine in or help at the drive thru. Drove around to try to order at the window, and she would just look at us and not come to the window.
Ordered two burger with no pickles after a 16 hr day…thank for the pickles…you idiots definitely need a raise of minimum wage huhGuess Ray Charles is the head chef
Thought about getting something for dinner here but after reading the continued poor reviews of bad service, cold food and wrong orders along with the dining room not even open I think I'll pass and get something from CASEY'S at least it's hot and made right.Pretty bad when it's better to go to a truck stop to get something to eat than eat here at McDonald's.I've ordered here before in the past and the reviews were always right. Poor customer service, cold thrown together food, half empty fry boxes, slopped together burgers, never get what you ordered like extra cheese or no onions.WORST MCDONALD'S IN THE AREA. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION OR WAIST YOUR MONEY, GO INTO TOWN, TACO BELL IS OPEN AND HAS GOOD HOT FOOD MADE RIGHT.
Complete garbage. Closes lobby at 7 or before because they don’t want to deal with customers. Food is always cold and old. Staff is rude. If I could rate negative I would. Do yourself a favor and go eat in a dumpster it would taste better
Don’t waste your time drivers go onto the Casey’s and get food. They lock the doors so you can’t go in. I will never waste my money on this place again.
The only thing good about this restaurant is their name, McDonalds Restaurant. The employees are rude & inconsiderate.
