This is how they send food out!! When you call they argue with you why they have liquid poured onto a taco salad inside a tortilla!! Will no b back to this one!! Fair warning make sure you order your food without liquid!!

Really good food everything I get has good taste and quality
Service was poor. Waitress didn't care. Barely checked on us at all. Food was pretty good but missing items in the menu description were hard to remedy due to above.
I ordered the steak & chicken fajitas through Doordash. The meats were nice & tender. It came with 4 tortillas of choice. I picked the white corn tortillas. In another container, (came with the fajitas), was mexican rice, pico de gallo, guacamole, lettuce, sour cream, & refried beans with cheese. WOW!! ?? I can't forget about the bag of tortilla chips & salsa either. The salsa is fire ?? Although I enjoyed my meal today, I like my fajitas when they come to me SIZZLING hot! Dine in from now on. I love La Mesa! ??
Enjoyed a nice dinner with family I do not always visit yearly. Service was very good, appetizers were excellent and dinner was fine. I am use to great Mexican food in So Cal and have high standards.
Love this place. Great food. Great attitude. Whether I'm picking up for my doordash customers or myself I always have a good experience here. Totally recommend.
