If I could give them less than one star I would, The staff is completely non attentive and uncaring. Also the restaurant is filthy. Got our order wrong, didn’t have iced tea at 430 in the afternoon. Avoid this restaurant like the plague.
If youve been to one youve been to them all. Except their parking lot is awful. Like most businesses in this town they artificially keep a line and the drive through people block the in store people. The GM should be fired.

It's been a long time since I've eaten at Jimmy John's. I thought it was really good when I did eat there. However since then my main go to place for sub sandwiches Mr goodcents. They just seem to be fresher bread is softer I can actually taste the vinegar on my sandwich here I couldn't it taste like oil and that's it. Sorry Jimmy John's I won't be back!
Food was good. Service was friendly. Only concern was the temperature in the restaurant was extremely cold. Might feel good on a day when it is 90 degrees outside, but notso much when it is only 70 out.
Order my sanwich at 10:35 for an 11:30 delivery after waiting until 12:18 with still no delivery I called and cancelled my order. I will not be going back.

Bad bad bad customer service Jimmy John's. Order placed for delivery at 1113am. I finally called at 1205pm and they informed me my order was canceled due to no delivery driver and my card would be refunded in two to three business days. Thanks for the communication about canceling my order!!
