The gluten free pancakes may be at risk for cross contamination for gluten for celiacs but the staff is more than willing to clean all the surfaces to limit any exposure and have special gluten free tools. The original pancakes taste the same as the gluten ones. The staff is super friendly and really helpful. Mylee and the chef manager, Freddy, really deserve a raise and the tip we gave. Frank came out personally to ease my worries. Highly recommend. Yes they aren't FDA regulated but they're still careful. Freddy is awesome at his job and walks around to check on how everything turned out personally and checked on us personally to assure everything was perfect. I told him it was and he said it's what they aim for. Go to Ihop. We got my pancakes, a country steak meal for my roommate and two milkshakes which causes them to get a big tip. ?
The food was good. However, we want to commend our server Bill for the great job he did and attitude he displayed during an unexpected rush. He was greeting guests, serving, and bussing tables, all while maintaining a friendly attitude. He is the kind of employee restaurants should strive to keep.
My husband and I ordered food for pick up , he got all the way home and we were missing a sandwich. We tried to call for 20 minutes after he got home and their phone was off the hook. My husband ate his food so it wouldn’t get cold. My husband drove back up to ihop to get the sandwich and the manager ( no name tag) refused to give it to him until he produced the bag of food and accused him of lying that we didn’t get the food and wouldn’t refund us for the cost of the missing food.He told my husband there wasn’t anything he could do because he couldn’t prove we didn’t get the food. What a joke! Horrible costumer service! Will never go back!
Pancakes were good but waited over an hour. Manager apologized but it still took forever. Ended up taking stuff to go. Even took forever to put stuff in to go containers and we started eating in the car and the food was cold. Manager was friendly though and gave us 20 percent off due to the wait.
Haven't been for about 2 years. Food was warm and delicious. Waitress was Sprite and fun. Thanks for a very nice and clean restaurant!!

Service was friendly and quick. Even being severely under staffed! Food was hot and really good! Took a bit to get seated. But all and all I would go back.
Ordered a classic cheese burger was partially raw inside. Ordered a junior cheeseburger for my granddaughter first was partially raw inside send it back second one came even more raw inside. Even my master cheeseburger was partially raw. When brought to the attention to the waitress her response was all hamburgers are Cook medium and was told it said that on the menu as well and most restaurants cook them like that. My neighbor 2 weeks ago go sick there after eating. I will not recommend this place to anyone or eat there again.
We ordered grilled chicken and literally got a slice of cheese on bread. Horrible service every time I go.
In my experience, it's hard to find a good IHOP now a days. This one was not a good one on our visit. We were seated quickly, but my first impression was that the restaurant was a little dirtier than most IHOPs. My wife used the restroom and came back with a disgusted look on her face. She said the restroom was filthy. We went ahead and ordered (not sure why), but when the drinks came out we noticed that both of our glasses had lip marks on the rims. That was it for us. We decided to leave. I told the host that we were leaving, so he might want to let the waitress know. He ask why we were leaving and I told him. He said... "The glasses are dirty?" "What do you mean they are dirty?" So, I took him to the table and discreetly showed him the lip marks. He started to try to defend it by saying it wasn't a big deal. I of course didn't pay him any attention and told him I was leaving. It just amazes me when a restaurant is dirty. I mean, if the area of the restaurant where people order and sit and/or eat is dirty, how dirty is your kitchen?!
