Ordered egg croissant and got an egg biscuit. But was charged for one with meat. Over $4 for that is too high along with $2.79 single milk. Fast food at full service prices.
Great food even during rush hour at lunchtime. Superior customer service.
Everything was cold and the meat was funny tasting. I didn't even leave the parking lot and went back through and was basically told too bad. The lady said she was not fixing it and would not refund me. I couldn't eat any of it!
Staff was very sweet and my breakfast was very delicious. I felt welcomed and would 100% come back to this location.
I gave 1 star because I couldn’t give them a -5 stars. I have never Experienced anything like this before. Went thru the drive-thru , order a famous star meal. When I got home I discovered there was no meat on my sandwich. I was annoyed and returned to the store, after waiting my turn in line and and waited while the manager waited on a couple people in the drive thru. I showed the Manager my meatless burger, she did not apologize, she turn and went into the lobby, I asked where she was going and she abruptly told me she was getting the employee who made the sandwich, the employee said okay we will get you another one! I was sure that was that! I asked the Manager to remake my fries, as they were cold. She firmly said,NO, the fries were hot when you left here and of course they were cold cuz I went home and came back!!! Me: and why did I do that? Cuz there is no meat on my sandwich! She informedNo one would make a sandwich w/o meat in her store!! I asked he if she was calling me a liar, who would take the meat off and drive back to get another sandwich! I presented the meatless sandwich to her!She just kept repeating there was meat on It when you left, I watch her make it!! I promptly dumped my bag on the counter and ask her to show it to me! She told me to leave the store! I requested her supervisor’s name and number she stated she was the Managet! I asked for the District Managers number, again she refused! She told me to leave or she would call the police! I invited her to do so and I waited! Finally I left, resolving to call Corporate!I have never been treated so poorly and called a thief at a fast food restaurant or anywhere else! This is not over!
We are back in the low-carb train. The staff here went out of their way to problem solve & get us bowls for our burgers.
Hardee's never ceases to satisfy my appetite for a good burger, the last one I had was a super star four patty monster that took me 2 days to finish! We also got some chicken tenders to share and WOW! we're they amazing! Only downfall was that we asked for sweet and sour sauce for dipping but got ranch instead, that ok though, it happens. Support your local Hardee's people, if you haven't been to one, you have NO idea what you're missing!
Their hashbrowns taste like they were cooked in old oil. They charged me almost 10 bucks for an order of old hashbrowns and their version of a ham and cheese croissant which only had 1 thin peice of ham on it. I've never seen such slop! I do not recommend this hardees unless you want to get ripped off!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would!
They had me pull forward for 2 sausage egg biscuits. I waited 11 mins. At least 6 car went after me. I called and they didn't even know what I ordered. Ridiculous
Last time I went here order was wrong, this time they had issues taking the order. Two different people trying to run the drive thru. This place screws up fries about 70% of the time.
