Service was friendly wish spaghetti would have had more meat sauce on it was like just eating noodles and ordered the Nashville hot wings and was soo much sauce on it couldn't enjoy but food was hot and customer was friendly.
We ordered from St. Joseph Missouri via door dash and only received one of the two entrees we ordered. I spent $30 for two meals and received a measley $12 back and don't have dinner after waiting an hour. ridiculous!
We can in late with a birthday party at the last minute. Eric and his staff was great and got all of our food out very quickly at the st joseph ,MO location.
I have always wanted to try them, but I didn't think they had gluten free options... Well too my surprise they have quite a bit. Even their Alfredo is gluten free, which you can't find at any other restaurant. Not even olive garden has that option. I had the lasagna which doesn't come in gluten free, but my husband has celiac and has to have gluten free. I was able to order him a to go meal, which was amazing! The food was better than I thought it would be and I would definitely go back! The bread stick are delicious and my mom and I really liked it. For being a fast food type restaurant it pretty darn good!

Took the local college basketball team to eat. More then accommodating. Clean, friendly and efficient. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!!
Unusually friendly, courteous and helpful staff. They did everything right from beginning to end. The food was standard Fazoli's fare, which we do happen to like, and was served quickly in a clean, tidy restaurant. We had actually been headed for a 5 Star restaurant for lunch, but weren't able to get a reservation in time so we stopped at Fazoli's on the Belt. We we left we agreed the service was precisely what we would have wanted from the 5 Star place, and the wait was non-existent. If they maintain this level of service they have a good future ahead.
Literally THE BEST service we have ever had as a team of 25 people. Eric and his team treated us with the best attitudes and went above and beyond!
Great experience today! Clean, fast and food was hot. In the past the place was slow, cold, and dirty. Lately, the place has been spot on! Staff was friendly.. Place is clean! Way to go! We will be going back!
