We went Dunkin Donuts at 1206 N Belt Hwy today (July 26, 2022) at 11:15 am. The drive through attendant was extremely rude and treated us like our order was an inconvenience. She rushed us so fast we couldn’t even get out our entire order for our family of six before she decided we had ordered enough and rang up the total.They had no donuts made, so ordering a dozen at eleven in the morning was almost impossible. I was not able to order the donuts I even wanted.If I could I would give zero stars.
No more daily stops at the Dunkin.. they discontinued our favorite frozen coffee drink.
Never open at night. Been before Christmas that I ever got any service at night. I work overnight and I have tried many times to even get a drink there. I've given up going there. You lost me as a costumer. I'm done.
night crew is very rude to the customers, they never have any donuts or anything available. I don’t know why they are 24 hours. I always order an avocado toast with no bacon in the mornings and it’s never a problem. Went to order the same thing the other night and they wanted to argue that the avocado is mixed in with bacon when its not. They male was very very rude and had no manners.
I love the coffee and donuts. However, I agree with a lot of the comments below. Most the servers are rude, they act like your annoying them. I get coffee there all the time and 1/2 the time they get it wrong at the south belt store. North belt runs out of donuts. Which makes me think…common sense to make more donuts. Managers are slacking or lacking in both places. Looking into contacting corporate if they even care. This is so sad. Used to be such an amazing place to go. ?
I was happy they actually had my vanilla creme filled donuts. They didn't have the sprinkled ones for my grandsons but they discovered they like my favorite, including the one who doesn't care for donuts, and glazed. I'm so glad I stopped at my favorite donut shop!
I work here & I love it! It's easy work but also love my co workers. There awesome and definitely fun to work with. Plus there helpful!
They couldn't make and ice coffee right if their lives depended on it my kitchen sink would know!! Donuts are literally cardboard flavor waste of money!!
I will always go to Dunkin over anywhere, but the last few times the customer service has really sucked. The young lady at the window was just so blah.. I was smiling and saying thank you when she handed everything out the window and she just acted like she hated everyone and everything. Still love the coffee though.
How is it possible that you never have unsweet tea? Tea is not made sweet so before you get sweet tea you have unsweet tea!!! This is not the first time nor the second time, with NO LINE that I’ve not been able to get tea
