They were very short staffed but we were not in a hurry and it was in between normal mealtimes. I was disappointed that the pancake upcharge offer (+$2 to upgrade any combo) could not be combined with the limited time all you can eat pancakes deal (even though I didn't want the included eggs or hash browns). So expect corporate policy to be extremely rigidly enforced.I usually go to IHOP because it's closer, their food is very similar to each other so distance will likely remain the deciding factor. I think IHOP has a bit more variety (especially with seasonal specials) but I think Denny's has the advantage on price for similar items.
Women restroom needed a good cleaning. No toilet paper in one stool the other one needed at lease flushed. They brought my daughter a plate and warn her about the plate however, he didn't tell her to not touch the knife ,and the knife burned my daughter finger and the knife had a melted handle from being hot. My other daughter paid ,99 extra for mushrooms and only got 4 on her cheeseburger.
Food was average but the service sucked. The waitress was very nice and helpful at first but maybe alittle annoying. Then she went on break while we were eating. Then we we're totally ignored even though the place was almost empty. My wife had an all you can eat option but had no service. Don't think we will be back anytime soon
Not sure if it was a racist thing or she just didn't gad... Either way i ordered and 1 guy came in and a couple and 1 other lady alone. They all got their food Andi was still waiting on mine when I stood up to ask why the waitress said that the cook had a big order to make i asked about the rest of the people that came way after u did and got their food yet I'm still waiting?? I stormed off.. no more going there again
The place seems pretty clean. The service was fine, although when one plate came with sausage instead of bacon. Usually they just bring out the bacon but she literally removed the sausages off of the plate with her hands. I've never witnessed such a thing.
I waited 30 minutes for one burger and a milkshake and there was only 2 tables who were both waiting a long time as well. Heard the staff yelling to one another in kitchen as well. Service was just poor all together
I had an omelet. The breakfast was okay, wasn't over the top but with the service it added a star. Our waitress worked her tail off, she had half the restraunt it seemed but had made sure our drinks were filled, we had what we needed when she brought our food. Kudos to Dennys for having at least one exceptional waitress.
Waiter didn't give us time to look at the menu for our drinks, was very rude and slow. Openly talked about how she wants to quit. Seemed annoyed we didn't know what to get for drinks, and didn't bring creamer or sugar for our coffee for 10 minutes. It got to the point the cook had to start doing her job for her
The food was horrible. It was greasy and neither myself or my grandkids could finish our meals. The waitress was very nice but the food was disgusting. Never again.
Horrible! My food was burnt and not edible, The place seemed sketchy, I didn’t feel safe. Our server Niki was nice and the coffee was good, but stay away.
