Went thru drive thru and they took our order quickly but we were not aware that this was not a regular DQ as they had no grill so we couldn't get the flamethrower.
We waited for 30 minutes with our kids. I politely asked after 15 minutes if our order would be done soon after watching multiple people inside getting there ice cream. The cashier said ye. We wait another 15 minutes and the cashier came out and said "the girls forgot what ice cream you ordered."?We just had to leave without a refund.They need a supervisor older than 16 working here this was absolutely ridiculous.
We LOVE Dairy Queen but waiting in line at this Dairy Queen for 30min everytime is no fun. They're short staffed and have had lobby closed. Everyone forced to use drive thru.

The drive-thru was long but it went really fast. My my order was perfect I had three shakes and a blizzard and everything was perfect. Can't say anything better about DQ, it's a great store, it's always clean inside and out, and the employees are really nice and do their jobs really well.
The line was very long but moved quickly. The girls at the window were extremely nice.
This restaurant is happy to accept your tourism dollars but due to “COVID 19” they won’t open their lobby so you can use the restroom before you go. Very disappointing.
Dairy Queen is the best ice cream products. Great blizzards, shakes and malts. cookie dough ice cream
Why we can't get service in side the store there is a lot of truck drivers in the area and they don't have cars to go to the driver thru you are losing a lot of money
Reminds me of my childhood ,great ice-cream and fast service
