In person is slow but good. Online is always messed up
Um delicious, and had enough for later. Besides that it was organized and quick the store was clean and the staff smiled throughout the pressure, always busy for good reasons
Seating area is extremely dirty. Even rice stuck on a picture on the wall. Food ALL over the tables, chairs and floor. Dirty napkins all over on the floor.
I used to really love going there , better portions they used to have and seemed like they put their love into it but it's not the same anymore as it was 4 to 5 years back
The staff was so friendly and accommodating for our food allergies. It was one of our kid’s birthdays and they all spoke especially to her and wished her happy birthday…made her day! Food was also great!
Check your order before leaving if you ordered online. Not a single thing was make correctly in a bag of 5 items! I know accidents happens but the manager didn't act apologetic at all. I waited 13 minutes for me oder to be remade as well.
My granddaughter loves this restaurant. She has celiac disease and can get a gluten free meal. She is very happy with it
Good afternoon. I placed an order online on Sunday October 3rd at 12;00 to be picked up at 12:40. I arrived at the St Joseph location at 12:30 and was greeted by a long line waiting for their orders. People were still waiting for orders to be ready at 12:00. I waited for 35 minutes and still my order was not ready. I finally decided to get in the line of people ordering food and waited another 30 minutes. I was very disappointed as I feel situations like this could be avoided. I realize that they were short handed but there are ways to a avoid having waits like this occurring. The fact that there were several people standing there waiting in close quarters was not ideal, however, the fact that not one employee came over and said sorry for the wait or we are short handed or made no acknowledgement at all to anyone. A pleasant smile and Im sorry for your wait or something would of been appreciated. I was very disappointed in the service I received.
Really have cut portions way back at St Joe store. Food was decent but about half what I normally get in the bowl.
They were out of lettuce and acted put out that they couldnt fulfill my order. Broke my burrito shell even though there was not much in it and acted put out that they had to rewrap it. I have choices and they will be getting less of my business until they get thier act together.
