I love the new drive-thru. Order takers are super friendly and your food is ready so fast. The whole staff was friendly and accommodating. Can't recommend high enough. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Quick to take my order. Maybe too quick. I only wanted chicken nuggets but she ordered me the meal. My error for not paying attention. Augh.They were fresh & tasty as were the waffle fries.

My wife and I love Chick-fil-A and eat there every chance we get. This one was different than all the others we have been to. My wife waited at the counter for some time while people walked back and forth. Somebody finally took her order, then got it wrong. When my wife told him he just looked at her like it was her fault. No thank you or my pleasure. Not what we have come to expect from Chick-fil-A. We were here on June 18 at 6:30 pm

Excellent food and service. I felt like a person and not a number. That's unique in commercial establishments now a days. Thanks.

The food is good like all Chick-fil-a's. But this store always seems much slower than others. The drive-thru needs another lane. But all employees are usually very friendly. The times they have been down it has been inclement weather so I understand.

Love this place. But the St Joseph location has let us down twice now. 1st time ordered 4 count kids meal had 1 nugget in the box. This last time ordered 8 count they didn't give us any . Had to turn around and go back. So Frustrating.

20 cars deep and 3 employees outside yet not one of them waves people over as they open a second lane and your stuck behind cones so all the new incoming cars jump to the front and now your 30 cars behind. All they had to do was move a cone so those in line the longest could move over but your stuck behind cones and can’t even leave! Horrible to feel trapped in a line as another line opens and you watch new cars all jump ahead of you. Not like you can back out either. Took us 40minitues to get our food as new cars passed through in half the time. Move the cones to merge the long line woulda made sense, or wave people over, or put a sign saying 2 lanes open ?‍♀️3 employees just stood there & did nothing, then said yeah most people don’t know we have 2 lanes & they can’t get to the other one. Almost an hour to get our food & then had to pull over and wait again up front. Staff outside was extremely unhelpful, and not friendly like the typical Chick-fil-A at other locations. They need training!

Ordered via door dash and when my order arrived it was the totally wrong meal. Thank goodness DoorDash apologized. Let's read the order and execute with accuracy next time.
