This was my drive-thru conversation with the employee Tuesday May 3, 2022 around 2:30 pm.Me: Hi, can I please get a 12oz iced americano?Emp: A what iced americano?Me: What size is your small?Emp: ... Idk, a small is a small. Our sizes are S, M, and L.Me: Yes, but how many ounces is a Small? I've brought my own coffee cup but it's not very big so I need to know what size I can order...Emp: Just pull forward and I'll look at the cup.I pulled forward, the employee charged me for a M then proceeded to hand me a HOT americano. I don't expect coffee shop employees to know everything about coffee but you'd think an employee should at least know how many fluid ounces each of their sizes hold. Not icing it happens everywhere - aggravating but no big deal.
Their coffee is great but the service could be better.
Yum, loved the store and coffee. Spiced chai was on point.
My Mother and I stopped in for 2 caribou coffees, the iced FaLa Latte and the blended carmal high rise with an extra shot of expresso and extra whip. They were unfortunately not up to the normal standards of caribou coffees, and if we were still in town we would have returned to rectify the situation.

We really enjoy the drinks here at the St. Joe location. Service has always been excellent. Sometimes a bit slow but what line at a coffee shop isn't. We've seen a change in the employees and miss some of the old familiar faces as they were super nice. The newer ones I guess we will get used to as time passes. Disappointed that they have done away with the BOGO happy hours.
My first time at a Caribou coffee house. I just got obsidian with cream. They put the cream in for me and it was very good. I bypassed Starbucks because it was too busy. I'm glad I did.
Last Saturday I stopped in and the guy working was so rude. I was ordering at the counter wanting to try something new and I asked for double white chocolate blended and he wasn’t even waiting on me hollered you can’t do that, as a paying customer I should be able to order what I want but I said okay and placed my order. He fixed it and when I went to get it he made it hot not blended and apparently made him mad when I said I ordered it blended he grabbed it off the counter and purposely made it terrible he barely blended it and had large chunks of ice. For what I paid for it, I couldn’t even enjoy it☹️
First time at any Caribou Coffee, for we don’t have these in our locale. While the coffee was good, and is has the typical coffeehouse vibe, it was the service from the people here, which made a really good impression.Being that I was a “rookie” with Caribou, I was given several reasons recommendations, and an unsolicited sample of the drip coffee. (The Mahogany was really good!)Good job, St Joseph Caribou staff!
Very good selection of drinks and the drive thru line is amazing compared to other coffee chains.
