I went through the drive thru this morning to grab a quick breakfast before driving to Maryville. There were no other cars in line so I pulled up at 7am, ordered, paid, and was told to pull forward and it would be brought out to me. Well, after 10 minutes I was good and irritated, how long can it possibly take to make 2 ham, egg and cheese croissants? The car behind me was also pulled, but at least they got their order at the same time as mine. Every restaurant has developed the common practice of pulling vehicles even if there are no cars behind them and it's ridiculous. Your drive thru times are going to be sad if you move like sloths in the kitchen, stop lying to yourselves and trying to hide it from corporate. Someone will eventually leave a review and they'll know anyways.
I've got original chicken sandwiches that had brown lettuce and complained when I wanted onion. Said they were running short. I said I would pay for them. I got a lecture through the drive-through. I'm totally turned off by the hamburgers that aren't put on the charbroiler. I just tried to get a third original chicken, they said it would be a wait. It was 1030. So I went to the subway.
Pretty fast service food was good and fresh even though I'm an idiot and ordered the impossible whopper thinking it was beef lol..So veggie burger not too shabby
We have been BK fans for years but their S Belt branch needs some improvement, they fouled our order up pretty bad. We will stick to our Northend BK
Food was fresh and they got my food to me quick.
Just go north 1/2 of a block to Wendy's. I spent 12 minutes in front of their ordering board while in their drive way. The lady said she would be right with me when I pulled up. 12 minutes later I pulled around without ordering. There was NOBODY at either window. While I waited there were several other cars who backed up and left.I tried to stay just out of curiosity of how long I would sit there before even being able to place my order. There are 2 lanes and the guy in the other lane was there just as long as I was.
I never eat Burger King because I never found one I’ve enjoyed. I’ve been on the road from ND to Louisiana and it was the closest fast food restaurant near me at the time. LET ME TELL YOU!!!I absolutely love this Burger King. The food was great. The fries were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Perfectly salted. *chefs kiss*Absolutely love it. They had a guy that just started and they were teaching him well making sure he had everything straight. They were very kind and generous with the portions. I hope I catch this place on my way back to ND
10+ minutes in the drive through. When I pulled up, there was another car in the second drive through lane that still hadn't ordered and I was told "I'll be with you as soon as I can". Waited 10 minutes and the other car ordered and left. Pretty sure they just forgot I was there. Ended up leaving without my order ever being taken.I wish I could say this is a one time occurrence but it happens every time I go to this location. For so much work to go into the renovations, the service just sucks.
I don't use drive thur. They make to many mistakes and you drove off with They know you aren't coming back. So that is why I always go in was I ever wrong. I ordered 2 double cheeseburger with No Pickles I get out to my truck thinking should I look before I leave guess what I didn't look get to work get them out unwrap it took the top bun off and their set 2 got dam pickles that I ordered without pickles. So that's another place that I will not eat at again.
For the most part of the workers daily are also never had any problems anywhere the ones at night time they're very rude when asked to explain an order or to ask something they're very rude about it sometimes I do sometimes I don't I guess it depends on how busy they are they have to remember they choose to work there public is their job
