Brisket sandwich with coleslaw they were great with Strawberry lemonade. Lunch was soooo good.
The meal was taking an exceedingly long time to come out, I walked to the kitchen and the staff was hanging out, eating and preparing meals for the employees that were leaving. There was customers food sitting on the ready board. The food that came out eventually was cold and unpleasant to say the least. The hamburger was GREY! We waited for a long time at basically every turn including paying the check, so we went up front to pay. Won't be back. Sad sad sad. Avoid if at all possible.
Very good! I tried the new "Bird Dawg" and it was delicious. The pricing vs. Amount of food you get was a little off but the food was great and service was wonderful. The only complaint is the Mac-n-cheese was not very good.
My food came out 10 minutes before my friends and my chicken fingers were the tiniest little pale things. Casey's gotta better chicken fingers. Waitress was great other than that!
This BWWs is a great place to grab some food (not just wings) and catch a game. Have had several menu items and liked them all. I went at night and there weren't many people but the service was quick and efficient.
Waited forever for drinks had to go up to the bar to ask about our drinks. Once we got food we asked a waiter for ranch and she said yea then went and sat down at a table with other customers and talked to them and never got our stuff so we went and asked a different waiter that brought our stuff right away.
Terrible. We had no problems getting right in and getting waited on. It was the waiting to be served our food where we had an issue. There should be no reason everyone in the party isn't served food the same time, there was only 2 of us. I was served 1st and waited a bit before eating so I could eat at the same time as my spouse. After I was half way through eating the waitress then came out to tell us the WINGS he ordered wouldn't be out for another 9 minutes. You are literally BUFFALO WILD WINGS and the wings didn't come out for at least another 25-30 minutes after the first plate was served and the other person in the party was done eating. The whole point of having a meal together is to eat at the same time and not watch someone else eat before you are served. Maybe tell the customers if it's going to take a bit on the wings to give them an option to order something else. We could have went to a pizza shop and gotten wings faster. We had also been told the service was bad like this by other people. We won't be back.
Sad how horrible this place really is, highly do not recommend this specific location. Every Thursday since they started BOGO our family has made a tradition of buying BWW BOGO. every week food is cold and they forget ranch but today our pick up time was 4:30 and my PREGNANT WIFE stood in the waiting area for 45 minutes waiting on the food, they finally bring it out and it is missing items from our order and again THE FOOD WAS COLD. the staff was extremely rude, the restaurant was not busy and they're were plenty of employees standing around talking while she waited... Sad day but i can assure this will be our families last BOGO Thursday and we will never return to this location!
My husband, son and I visited the St joseph MO restaurant and will never go back or recommend it. We arrived and waited for 45 minutes to even be asked about drinks. Finally our waiter took our drink orders and we ordered an appetizer which we never got but was on the bill. 30 minutes after getting our drinks the waiter comes back to take our order. We asked for refills which we never got the entire time we were there. 58 minutes later my son and my order arrive and we start to eat thinking that my husbands order will be right out. Again we ask for refills and never got. We flag down several wait staff going by including our waiter and ask about my husbands order. My son and I finished our meal and 1:18 minutes later my husband gets his order(mind you 2 hours and 16 minutes after he ordered it). We had asked for the bill before my husband got his order and was just going to ask for his meal to be taken off and go somewhere else. We never did see that waiter again and never not once got refills, but they were sure prompt with bringing the bill which we had to have them take off the appetizer we never got. We will never in a million years step foot in the restaurant again and will not advise anyone else to either. It's pathetic and the worst experience I've ever had in my life at a restaurant and I don't usually write reviews. Pathetic, do better St joseph Buffalo Wild Wings. Never again.
BWW has always been great but tonight, the store in Saint Joseph, really won me over. It was almost closing time and they still took my order and had it ready in under 10 minutes. I appreciate their customer service and friendly attitudes!
