Although the food was extremely good, it did not deter from the service. The girl that checked us out was very curt and rude. I don't think she likes her job very much. She also did not give us a receipt. When we got our $35 worth of food, all 3 of us had something wrong. My daughter ordered her beef and cheddar on a regular bun but got the onion bun. I ordered a French dip with extra cheese and got the sandwich covered in cheddar and no dip. My husband didn't get the cup of cheddar he paid for. When I took my sandwich back to have it fixed, i believe it was the manager Linda who when I told her it was supposed to be a French dip responded with "and?" I told her French dip doesn't come with orange cheese it comes with Swiss. The look I got was not too kind either...makes me wonder if she was related to the cashier. I will say Alex, who gave us our corrected food was extremely polite. The food was great! Too bad the experience didn't match.
Ordered through DoorDash. They forgot my arbysauce they charged me for and my bbq and straws. But food tasted okay.
You know the folks working here were polite and hustling. The beef and Swiss with au jus was pretty tasty for how inexpensive it was.
Service is slow and why r u closing at 8pm u know truckers and other drivers don't work on set schedules find some people who wanna work and have normal hours what a joke
Went thru the drive thru, placed my order service was fairly quick. As I was pulling out I tried one of the chicken pieces I ordered. It was so hard I couldn't even bite thru it. So I parked and went in with my recipe and the chicken pieces, I handed them the food and told them they were hard. They asked if I wanted a freshly cook order and I said yes. I got back on the highway and had several of the chicken pieces, towards the bottom of the order there were a few pieces a little bigger which were under cooked. Stomach started hurting a bit later. So I called and let them know they offered to replace the food. Not really sure I want to do that again. This was the second time this weekend I had visited this place. The first time I ordered chicken pieces and ended up with a cold rubbery fish sandwich. I'm not real happy sitting in my bathroom right now with a stomach ache.
Definitely the best fast food experience I've had in a while. Everything was hot and fresh and the shift manager who took my order was extremely polite. Wish I could rare higher. 11/10

I went there on the first day that Arby's offered their boneless wings and got a 6 piece order of both, buffalo and hot honey sauce, ranch dip comes with both and despite how amazingly delicious the boneless wings are, the ranch that comes with it is equally delicious! Arby's has it figured out and in that I mean they know what people want... Variety. Not only do they have a great menu selection, they are constantly changing things up in ways that are simply amazing!
