I really liked their Wagyu burger and hush puppie fish basket meals.
Went by Arbys to get something to eat after being at the hospital most of the day. My son and I ordered a combo meal. I have to say I have never been disappointed with Arby's food as I was last night. The sandwiches didn't have very much meat on them at all. It was mostly bread. We asked for sauce and they didn't give us any.The fries tasted like they sat in grease for a long time.They we're curly fries and I have never had that issue with their food. I was very disappointed with them. We don't live in Saint Joe so I wasn't going to turn around and go back. I was exhausted and just to wanted to get home. We went through the drive thru.
The food at this location is usually pretty stellar. Today my Greek Gyro, salted caramel cookie and orange cream shake were pretty tasty. Reason for my rating is the absence of the breakfast menu. Since the start of the pandemic the breakfast has been scrapped. I loved their breakfast and I miss it. Best Arby's location quality wise in town.
I like the salads with roasted chicken, but not at this place. It consisted of shredded lettuce and icky tomatoes. The chicken was good but I asked to add red onion and I asked the lady to look and she did and it wasn't added she got all bent out of shape and started to talk about me to a coworker. Until she she saw I was watching her. I was nice and she was not.
Always good food.hoy and fresh.sure wish I could get a free pounder roast beef and curly fries right now ?
Food was amazing once we got our order they handed us the wrong order no apologize nothing but that burger is the best burger in the quick service game!!!

Even tho drive-thru was packed, they got thru everyone pretty fast. Food was delicious and the gentleman at the first drive thru window was very nice. He's always upbeat and made sure my order was correct because there was some confusion. Gentleman is always smiling and nice and I know when I see him ill have some awesome customer service!
Always love their food and pretty fast for lunch run.
