We had to wait 10 minutes to be seated because they were on break. That was the first time experiencing that type of wait. We would have left on any other day. Salad was borderline frozen. Burger not cooked to order.
When I arrived I waited for for 20 min before could even get anyone to take my order by this time I realized there was a short staff issue so my recommendation would be to make a sign post it on the front door letting everyone know that if they didn't want to wait due to a staff issue then apologize for inconvenience but let people know that there is little to no staff and it will take time with the staff you do have.My food was fresh at least I liked that much then I had to wait 25 or so minutes to get my check. Again I recommend having a sign posted on the front door letting customers know there is little to no staff
We did not have such a bad time as others are reporting, but we only did appetizers and drinks. The table next to us had some troubles. The staff could certainly use training, but its not my circus so why should I really care.
Honestly, The food was AMAZING! the chicken strips were my personal favorite. but, I just Can't explain the honey mustard. it was too good to explain. the fries were good too.
Dinner was just OK. Tomato bisque soup was cold as we're my fries. The prime rib dipper sandwich was very good. The restaurant is worn out, carpeting, booths, tables & chairs and was dirty. Badly in need of an upgrade.
Took our grandson to dinner tonight. Hostess was rude, we asked to be seated at a booth, said the area was closed, but it was opened up minutes after we were seated. Server took awhile to get to our table. She took our drink and app order. Then returned with our drinks and took our dinner order.She brought our app, no silverware or plates. Waited for her to return which she did but only 2 plates and dirty silverware. And quickly walked away. She never stopped to make sure things were fine. I had to get up and walk to the bar to get her attention for clean silverware and a plate. She brought out our dinner, it was ok, nothing special, one steak wasn't properly cooked. She finally checked if we needed any refills, after 2/3 of the way thru dinner. In the end I asked for the check, she dropped it off, I got out my card waited for her to come back. When she finally returned she layed my card and slip down, no thank you for coming in. Nothing. And the whole time the manager on duty was playing around with the bar, servers, etc. Never checking on guests experiences. We will not be back.

Normally my go to place. Just ordered the same thing I've ordered for years. It looks different and taste nasty. Bourbon Chicken and spinach dip. The only thing I'm enjoying is the salad.
Restaurant was not busy however only 2 waitress. We had a waitress who was no where to be found. Onion soup and hot wings were horrible. Didn't eat manager took of wings from our bill. Waited 10 min for change. No soda refills. . out of breadsticks. Needless to say. We left hungry.
Have not been to eat here in years but was pleasantly surprised today. Service was good, our waitress, Sarah, was very friendly and properly attentive. All of our food was very good and drinks were good as well. Seemed a little pricey for lunch but what isn't these days. We will definitely go back again.
