Before you complain about this location, try any in north county and you'll fall in love with this spot again. My burgers were hot and fresh and I didn't sit for 45 minutes to get them. My fries were hot and had a sprinkle of salt. I got ketchup and napkins and they actually had grape hi-c. In comparison this place is the taj-mahal. Enjoy folks. Well done. Keep it up.
Guy at window with his backpack and glasses was as cool as they come! Definitely worth the long wait! He's a keeper. Food was on point too. Place is poppin'. Give dude a raise !!!!!Came through July 4th approx 11-11:30 pm. Didnt get his name. He deserves all the recognition!!! Kudos!
Spent $25 to get the wrong order. No fish nibblers???nibbles???? I paid almost $6.00 for those and didn't get them???? I'm not going back to this location! Use to be the best one. Sad. AND waited 20 minutes in drive thru!!!! Wow!
Waited forever at the drive through speaker and then when someone finally took my order they were out of one of the main specials that were being advertised everywhere.
One star is too much for this business but have to hit something. Got home to find my order was wrong. Called to speak with manager who continued to hang up on me 4 times then would not answer. She needs to be fired because she has no business in customer service. I will be calling corporate office to get a refund. This store does not deserve my buisness or anyone else's. I sure hope after covid you did not offer any of these employees a sign on bonus because if so that is all they are there for. They have no interest in making that establishment a desired one to come too. The food received was sub par.
This white castle has been around for such a long time! It's really close to where I live so it's very convenient to stop by real quick for me. The food is almost always made right and is hot when you get it. It's also a major bonus that it's still open 24 hours! I think it might be 1 of maybe 2 or 3 businesses that stay open all night. It's located right on hey 94 in st.charles. its really easy to.find. the only thing that is kind of negative is the prices. They are a bit over priced I feel like. Otherwise the food is good and it's great if you've been drinking lol
White Castle Rocks the breakfast egg. On buns with breakfast meat is a great sandwich. The people that work here are always nice and cheery in the early morning.
Really sad big line all these teenagers talking up a storm doing nothing as the lady old enough to be there grandma is working the grill and getting the food ready by herself. I watched 2 ppl leave the line while I sat there in the drive through mabey this store don't care about those few customers
Food is good, price is right, service is quick. Did not give 5 stars because the food is just a little bland.
