This is a good Wendy's. Service was good and our hamburger and chicken sandwich was fresh and good. The fries were not as good as usual. I think they had been sitting and had a bit of a greasy taste. I wish I could give another half a star to make it 4.5.
I order an apple pecan salad through the drive thru and I confirmed at the drive thru speaker with the girl 3 times that I didn’t want blue cheese on my salad. But guess who still got blue cheese on their salad ? You guessed it, me ??
Went last night at 10:55 they were getting ready to close . The drive thru guy Jarod was excellent he actually cared was polite efficient and we left with good food but also a good feeling .
The gentleman working the drive through on 4/23/22 was amazing! Polite, friendly & welcoming. They were quick with our order. Will definitely return in the future!
I think I'm going to boycott all fastfood. First no receipt, second $9.49 for what I recieved.The food I guess tasted fine just didn't get what I was expecting when looking at the picture. The fries were soggy, not hot and crisp, the bourbon bacon cheese burger was lacking bacon and the onions. I swear everytime the price on the food goes up the amount goes down. Very disappointed.
They have a Dining Room open sign in the window, but when you attempt to enter they tell you the dining room is closed. Have tried to visit twice in the last week and both times we have been refused entry. Drive thru lane had no cars, so I’m wondering what are they doing. This place needs to close its doors and go out of business.
Got the 5 for 5. Girl in the drivethru tried to act hard but is actually very sweet. Very fast and efficient. Just what I needed quickly on the way to work!
Food all cold. Suppose to have the best fries according to commercials, better retract those commercials since they are false advertising especially for the Wendy's in St Charles on Muegge.
Food was ok. Frosty cup was dripping down sides. And since inside dining isn't an option, makes a mess in car.
Went there today. How many pieces of bacon are supposed to come on the so called baconater burger.?? Because I received 2... 1 half a piece of bacon on top and 1 piece bent in half and shoved in-between the patties.. Wendys has really went down hill. And it doesn't matter which one you go to.... Ridiculous.!!! So we are done with wendys. The one on Jungerman sucks and now this one too... Training.. Train your people....
