What can you say about Waffle House that hasn’t already been said, other than, it’s amazing. They are pretty much all the same and the food is pretty consistent. I love the All Star Breakfast with cheesy scrambled eggs, raisin toast and grits. It’s a family favorite pastime and when we get a chance to go, we do. Today was no exception in St. Charles, MO. So glad we got to have breakfast there. The reason I gave 4 starts was the bacon was over cooked?
Good food for the price. Great service. Debit card machine broke when I was there. The staff were understanding and allowed me to go get money from an ATM to pay my bill. Would eat there again.
We stopped in for a late night meal after a night out. We decided to get takeout and eat back at the hotel. They were nice and super attentive. The cook had been taking a bit of a break, but as soon as we came in, he hopped up and listened as we ordered, getting started on our email before the waitress could relay what we asked for. It was super fast, packaged well, and delicious.
Sam was amazing! She was running that place like it was her own. Food was good, we did have to wait a bit but it was late and not many employees were there. They all did what they could to help their tables. Thank you, our boys loved it!
Saint Charles seems to be struggling. Probably due to employee shortage. Food was good though. Get the order straight with the waitress, she forgot our orange juice completely... empty seating with closed area almost turned us away ! Working on it !
Just Not the same without Steve the Night time Cook! Hash browns not done enough and sausage was overdone! Asked for Extra butter on my toast and that didn't happen either! Steve had cooked meals for me at this location and 3rd Street combined over 15 years. "He" always did a Great Job cooking my food. I most likely will Not be stopping in again. It was my every Wednesday late night go to.
First time eating there. Food was good, serving size was plentiful, service was great. We'll go back for sure!
Wonderful service and fast served after our order. Then one of their regular costumers wished my wife and me Happy Easter and had paid our bill. How awesome was this?!! Kindness is hard to find these days but sometimes it's right in front of us. We will pay it forward, thank you kind sir who ever you are
Good, fast, clean place to eat! Got in and out but we were not rushed out everything just worked out easy! I would love to go back soon!
As a person from Minnesota where we might be the land of 10,000 lakes we have no Waffle Houses.Being familiar with them in the past this first taste of the South did not let down everything was just as I remembered. Pecan Waffle was so good maybe just a little less pecans, eggs were very good, bacon was exactly the way I like it extra crispy. Service was good feel badly I didn't get her name but thanks for the warm welcome.
