Skip TGI Fridays if you can. It wasn't the staff or the cleanliness. The portions are horrible. I know the pandemic and inflation has been hard on the restaurant industry, but Fridays has sunken to a new low. The nachos pictured reflect the rest of the dinner. I should have taken more photos.
TGI Fridays fell off! I ordered chicken wings to go for lunch on June 29th. My wings were dry, tough, and hard to eat. I tried to contact the restaurant several times, but they don't answer the phone. I then pursued to contact the head quarters office. They don't answer the phone either. It's safe to say, they don't care about they're customers experience. If your going to go up on wing prices tremendously, at least make sure they taste good. I am highly disappointed and won't be back.
I had a birthday dinner here with family, and we all agreed that it was delicious. Our waiter was super nice, we got our food really fast, it was delicious, and I got to try some of their rainbow cake. (It's delicious!) Definitely coming back here for more!
Poor waitress was new and should have NEVER been released on the public. She was not prepared. Had to ask for silverware, napkins, appetizer plates, soda was flat, which they knew and should have told us before/when we ordered a diet coke.Trying to use or Rewards Points and she can't accomplish it AND the MANAGER can't be so bothered to help her with it.DO NOT think I'll ever go back to a TGI Fridays ever again. Thank goodness I am using up my Points today.Congratulations to the cooks the food was good.
The food is normally good and hot and the waitstaff friendly. I frequent the bar and enjoy some good banter with the bartenders. Jen will always be the best bartender ever!!
The food was excellent and the service was great! The food came out hot and tasted amazing! There was no wait and they accommodated our party of nine with no problem.
Wanted to take my kids somewhere they hadn’t been for lunchMy salad had a hair in it, my youngest daughters chicken strips were burnt, my other daughter said the salmon was so-so, our appetizers were fine and my sons plate was fine also. The food was a little pricier than other competing restaurants. It seemed as though the bartender was also the host and waiter so it took slightly longer to get seated and things but that is basically everywhere you go now. I will probably eat at a TGI Fridays again but maybe not this location.
Best food for a 2-3 mile radius in my opinion. Revolving front door staff is absolutely pleasant. Huge menu, maybe to big but it's all actually excellent
Today was a good day at FRIDAYS!!! My wife and I went to eat lunch as well as celebrate closing on our new home. Kennedy was our waitress and she was great! Not only that she served us with a smile, she checked on us and she also gave great suggestions!!! To top it off...the food was fresh and the presentation was good. If you go there...please ask for KENNEDY!!! The best hands down...be sure to TIP her well also because she deserves it.
Absolutely WORST TGI Fridays I have ever been to. I am usually a fan of the restaurant chain which is why my husband and I decided to dine there for his birthday. But we have never been to this location before.First, the sign on the outside of the building reads “FRIDA” because the rest of the lights are broken. We almost missed the restaurant driving up. Kind of a bad sign initially but we drove 45 mins to get there.When we got there they were pretty busy but we managed to get a table.Our waiter took our drink orders and we ordered a few appetizers to start. The appetizers took about 25 mins to arrive and the chicken was over cooked. The waiter took our entree orders and it took about an hour to retrieve after the chef had to remake because they overcooked the Salmon. I finally received my Salmon but the waiter only brings out one but we ordered two. One for me and one for my hubby. So we had to wait another 25 mins for them to make another salmon. By that time we asked them to bag in to go.They took 10% off the food but I don’t think that was nearly enough for the screw ups.The waiter even complained to us that he was going to walk out that night due to a bad working environment and it definitely shows.When I got home to finally eat my food I noticed that the salmon was extremely dry as if they overcooked it once again.I will never return to that location again.
