Went there as the time posted on Google and the door says they open at 8am. There was 2 staff members sitting outside on a curb smoking. They waved me up and said they just got there at 9am and the food was still cooking. If you state you open at a specific time then you stick with that. Not when you just feel like opening. I know it's hard to find workers but if that is the case then change the hours and post them properly.

My friends and I placed a mobile order at this location about 45 min prior to closing. When we arrive at the store within 10 min of placing the order, the employee at the drive thru informed us “Taco Bell is closed because we don’t have any food so we physically can’t make your order.” I don’t think anyone is buying that excuse…

Every time i go to this Taco Bell they mess up every single order. I have yet to get the correct one and it’s very frustrating how long the wait is. They constantly run out of ingredients and poor customer service. I hope they improve soon

I go to this Taco Bell often and consistently notice that they're out of ingredients and consistently mess up orders. I've went there for lunch before and waited 10 minutes for someone to answer the drive thru, no one answered and I had to leave. Today, they ran out of eggs during breakfast. Yes, eggs... you know, the main ingredient to anything breakfast. I'll be actively avoided this place until I hear they've got their stuff together.

Overheard employees warn a worker that walked in not to personally eat anything with sausage because it was all dropped on the floor and swept up to be used. Avoid at all cost

My son and I both got stomach sick after eating from the Elm location. Severe cramps and diarrhea. Missed school and work for 2 days afterwards. We didn't eat anything else the same that day either. And we eat taco bell from droste at least once per week. Won't be back to Elm. Although the employees are very nice at Elm.

They were open late until 2, but the drive thru box said closed I waited so long in line that I was able to do my order online and still had to wait for them to make it.

They are under staffed and a little slower as a result but the staff is super friendly and makes all my orders correctly. Keep up the good work.

My husband and I were craving Taco Bell tonight so he decided to drive thru this location and order 12 regular taco's like we always do. When he reached the pay window, they took his money. No problem. Next, he asked for 15 hot sauce and 15 fire sauce. The guy at the window only handed him 6 of each. My husband questioned him about it. He was told that the store manager has instructed all employees to only give out ONE sauce per item! What!!!???Therefore, my husband not only cancelled the order and got his money back, but then drove immediately across the street to Jack In The Box and ordered 12 taco's, got 30 packets of hot sauce, and it was $11 cheaper!!!Taco Bell will end up going out of business if they continue to gouge their loyal customers as they've been doing since the pandemic! ?

Hubby alwayz gets me Nachoz Bel Grande. The Hot sauce ? ? iz a good must have. 10 packets will do. Sour cream at ? iz an added bonus and Guacamole - Fresh Jalepeno slices. Ole
