I've had great service here and friendly employees. Ethan was at the drive through and was awesome. I understand most companies are understaffed, so I have more patience.
This one is always out of everything or closes early do to staffing not just once in a while every day and there dine in is still closed says open until 9 but they close every day at 7pm and if you go through drive through before 8pm they will tell you close early every time they are out of meat or out of tacos its always something here at this location coorprate needs to look into management at this point
I had the same experience as other reviewers. Got off the highway to grab some dinner. Went through the drive-thru (took a long time), didn't get all the items I ordered. I pulled around to the front of the building, but the dining room was closed, so I called but the store wouldn't answer. I got back on the highway and called back later and was told that they couldn't refund me my missing food unless I went back in person. Who knows how many people this has happened to with this store. Never going back!
When your dining room is closed, put a sign on your door stating such. Don't care why it's closed, but don't make us walk up to the building to find out.
When you go to tbell as often as I do, you know not all tbells are equal. This one rips and my food was great, zero complaints
Rude drive thru. Took 25 mins to get through drive thru and still messed up my order. Taking the loss because they won’t answer phones and not waiting another 25 mins. How does this place constantly always hire incompetent employees…
Went thru drive thru and ordered 2 tacos. Seriously got 65 packs of sauce. WHY?
Great place. I like to go here for lunch here and there. They're fast friendly and accurate!
Girl at the drive-thru had a bad attitude. I asked for number 6 with chicken and I thought she didn't her me so I said it again.and she was like it is already come with chicken with a bad attitude. So I placed my order when I got to the window her and the other girl were laughing so I told them I don't want my order and drove off. Bad customer service. One star is too much
This place always seems to be busy, especially the drive through. I was happy to see that, on the day I went, the drive through moved exceptionally fast.
