Ordered off the app. App says my food is ready. Get there to be told they don't have my order and I need to call the taco bell phone number. 20 minutes on hold with no help from the store. They took the money but can't provide the food. Rude as hell drive thru worker. Was told it was the manager. Can't go into the building so I have to do it from the parking lot in the rain. I would never send anyone here.
They don’t really close at 10 like Google says They just leave the lights on at 9:30 and let you come up to drive thru to get the automated message that they’re closed. They probably do use horse meat idk ??♂️
If you're an Uber eats or DoorDash delivery driver of any kind, I would suggest not accepting orders from this Taco Bell. They apparently accept orders that they can't even make in the first place. Completely wasting your time, gas, and money. This has happened to me twice in a row excepting orders from this place, never will I again.
Placed a mobile pick up order went inside to pick it up the doors where unlocked but not one worker was inside.People trying to go through drive through more guest inside whole kitchen was shut down could have robbed the place if I wanted too. Out $20 now
Ordered online through their app and went to pick it up....no one was answering the drive through speaker or the phone...will not be heading back to this taco fail...oops I mean taco bell...btw im speaking of the one on 5th street st Charles MO
This place sucks!!! Ordered 2 crunch wrap supremes mine had NO meat and VERY LITTLE cheese the other one had cheese but did not have any meat!!!!
Placed my order ahead of time on the app to save time, was the only car in the drive thru, and still had to wait 5 minutes. Also, didn’t get any sauce even though it was included in my order, and they got the soft taco wrong.
I have now had three terrible experiences at this location. Coincidentally all three times involve the same manager. Today my family put in a $60 order through the Taco Bell app. Went to go pick it up and the manager rudely told us it’s not on her screen so she won’t make it. Even after providing her the confirmation and receipt from online. When I went in to the dining room we were ignored for 5 to 10 minutes before she finally came to talk to us. She got angry threw a basket of nachos towards the trashcan. Then she called the GM and said there’s nothing we can do and now we are out $60. We have never been disrespected or talked down to the way she did.
I did not have a great experience. The wait was about 15 minutes in the drive through, and they ran out of meat. These problems I can understand because they were largely resultant of the two customers in front of me. I'm not one to leave a bad review, let alone a single star, but the employees were dismissive and narcissistic. As for my order, me and my friend were not allowed to place separate checks, which leaves him with a debt to me. We also had to change our original selections due to the insufficient inventory. Admittedly, we did go around 8, but I feel like that should be early enough in the night to have adequate material stock, especially because Sunday is typically a less busy day for most companies, and I would assume the same for Taco Bell. I had ordered 2 potato soft tacos, 2 chicken chipotle melts, and a medium drink. My buddy had ordered 2 cheesy roll ups and a cheese quesadilla (we were told about the meat situation halfway through the order.) When we eventually got to the window, the employee greeting us informed me that they couldn't make my chicken melts (in a quite rude manner I might add; she acted annoyed with me.) I asked to replace them with two cheesy roll ups with chipotle sauce. Lastly we had requested Diablo sauce. We instead received 4 cheesy roll ups, 2 cheese quesadillas, and the sauce was forgotten. My drink was also forgotten and I had to flag someone down from outside the window after it was shut. I was not charged accordingly either. I was charged for 6 cheesy roll ups, 2 quesadillas, and my medium drink. The sauce was also noted on the ticket. Anyways, that's how it went for me, I hope this location is able to improve it's customer service and supply chain. Thanks for reading!
Usually a longer wait. I asked for no onions on my burrito and it was entered on my screen. Then after i paid and get to my food it is extra onions. The tortilla was soggy with onions in the flap to close it. Crunchy tacos were also soggy at the bottom and falling apart.
