Great service, wasn't too busy and the burrito and nachos were excellent. Sat in the dining room and glad it is post COVID.
Whoever was on drive through yesterday had a fantastic attitude. I hadn't been having the best day up to that point but her cheeriness and humor absolutely made my SO and I feel better. Thanks, girl! That "melt-your-face-off" sauce really hit the spot ?
The dine-in area remains closed, forcing customers to sit in 20-30 minute drive-thru lines. I realize what happened was a necessity during Covid, but now it's just an excuse to save money. It's ridiculous. I won't be back until they resume business as normal. They may not value my time, but I'm finished with all of these places. It's a horrible way to run a business.
We are enjoying the chalupa deal box. We were so glad to see that the dining room was open today. Hopefully now they'll have enough employees to keep it open.
The staff is always nice and such. No complaints there, when you can get served. I live nearby. At least half of the time I go I get turned away because only the drive through is open and I can't drive. During the day or evening. Great job. Might as well tear down half of the building to build more drive through lanes. Certainly not using the dining room or counter anymore.
Everything was good until I got to the Crunchwrap, it tasted like chemical, not sure how to deal with that, but the rest was good
I go to this location quite often for quick lunch or breakfast (close to my office) typically the food is made right. I’ve never really had an issue with my orders. (Other than ordering fiesta potatoes for lunch that one time about a month ago and looked in my bag she added 3 of them instead of 1) which surprised me because I thought that was a little high for that and a Crunchwrap but anyways….the problem I ran into today I drove up to get breakfast, actually arrived too early…it was about 7:30. I saw they opened @ 8 no biggie I decided just to drive back later and it is now 8:15. I pulled up to the drive-through and nobody answered. Waited. I noticed the drive thru speaker no longer said closed & menu lights on. I drove by window and saw workers standing there. I’m assuming the cook didn’t show up? Otherwise they would’ve taken my order.Another quick mention the other day I stopped by hoping they could still serve breakfast (stops @ 11) I arrived 11:01 thinking they would be like ok but when asked they said no ? no dice ☹️?
Ah yes. A college less than a mile away where people generally don't have cars. Let's only have the drive through open. It's may 2022. No one wears masks, people are vaccinated. Just open the damn store.
They were actually open, which is nice especially since covid. The place was clean and the trash cans weren't full. And my tacos were actually full!!! Thank you Droste Bell!
They do have quick service most of the time. But they also change their menu items a little too often for me.
