I came to get my curbside pick and was 15 minutes early. I see the employee look at me through the window, set my food on the counter, and disappeared into the back for the next 15 minutes. I wouldn’t be mad if it just wasn’t ready yet because I know it was early, but it was ready and sat there for 15 minutes for no reason.
Pretty good, soda machine was down tho.

The staff were very friendly, but the highly advertised 6.98 6 inch meal of the day today was meatball marinara. That's great! They are out of meatballs and cannot substitute any other sandwich. That's not great. Left hungry and disappointed, at no fault of the employees working the counter. He earned the extra star for customer service, but yeah they need to look at why they lost some business today.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this subway, I go in at night typically and usually see the same gentlemen and young lady. They're both very very pleasant I believe their names are Katrina and Dustin. They always give a great conversation when I go in. I hope this pair of workers get the recognition they deserve, excellent job you two!
This is the worst subway I have ever been to. The staff do not engage with the customers at all. They act as if I, "The customer," is a burden. I have gone to this store for at least a 4 years. They are still not customer service related. I hate that this store is the closest to me. Please fix this!
