I could not order a breakfast sandwich. It was 99 dollars. Despite me telling them about this for 3+ years. The 99 dollars sandwiches rotate the sandwich wich are 99 dollars so at some point you have to go in. I couldn't order a drink because they only sell bottle this has been going on for 2 years almost. Being visually impaired I can't walk there or drive. The last time I was in the employee tried to argue that it wasn't true about the cups and I could still order them. However before they swapped They still gave me bottles when I ordered a large vitamin water. This is a third to half the size and a lower price then what I ordered. Please fix this Subway. This is not eating fresh so at least let us have what we ordered.this all the app based when I order.

Sandwiches were good and the new guy was very pleasant. But the Boss left three people waiting for the new guy to finish my order and ring me out while another sandwich got cold from sitting out after being toasted.( He was not happy!)
Website placed 2 orders and didn’t save my selected pickup time so I left a specific instruction to have it ready at that time. When I called to explain, the employee handed me over to someone else mid conversation and the next employee did try to help by telling me which item menu was cheaper, but then groaned in PURE AGONY when I asked her to remake it for the time I needed it for. And I payed for the order twice and I didn’t complain. Kind of ridiculous, just sayin
It is close to my job and they had my food done so I can get back in time before my break was over

Don't ever order the chopped salad from here they barely give you any and you're paying almost $8 dollars.. not worth it. Service is okay.
If you plan on sharing half, plan on one side being bigger. Wish all the employee's could cut a sandwich down the center, how hard can it be?
