Reagan at this location is so amazing and so sweet!! Last year I had a bad experience at this location but I wanted to give it another chance I'm so glad I did. Thank you beautiful for making me smile and for being so sweet ??????

I made my first purchase via Mobile. When I went to pick up my food, the staff had my order ready at the precise time they estimated. The staff was incredibly friendly. And the best part is, when I customized my sandwich, I did it in a way that I ended up overpaying for my arrangement of toppings. So the staff was kind enough not only to give me pointers on how to order the same sandwich again for cheaper, but to make up for what I overpaid, they gave me a box of cookies. Very sweet people. Above and beyond service.
Placed a mobile order for 6 and sat in the parking lot for over an hour. Said my order would be ready by 63p and still didn't have my order by 7. I watched people go in and out and my kids pizza was ice cold. I am beyond furious.
Worse customer service. I called my order in to pick up later. I ended up getting a completely different order and when I called to tell them there was no apology or explanation instead that inquired who picked it up so they can “roll the cameras back” and said to come later. Poor management you might as well go into the Subway at Walmart. I never went back

My online order sandwich was messed up by one of the newer team members and they were extremely apologetic, made me a new sandwich, and let me get chips and a drink for the trouble of driving around.Always a pleasure picking my orders up from this location
Placed order online at 1245 to be picked up at 130. Walked in. They was serving all walk in orders before acknowledging the online orders placed. Rude white lady behind counter beleive is the shift lead. The black guy has more costumer service skills than she did.
