Got my order wrong. Never gave me a refund after contacting their customer service. I was told I had to co tact the store myself. Joke. Tried to go again 3 months later. They were closed and their Google hours said open.
Not even certain this location is open or what hours are. 2 times in the last week we tried to stop by for ice cream and they were closed. Once 8pm, sure maybe late. The other time, 7pm. Service is already questionable here. If you are looking for Ice cream, go to Doozles down the road. Cheaper, tastier, and they are OPEN!
Food was brought out quick and they gave us a pup cup for our dog. They are doing a great job

Ordered honey barbecue chicken combo,and a chicken sandwich with cherry lemonade. Barbecue chicken was too tangy. Chicken sandwich had a piece of meet on it the size of a silver dollar and tasted old. The cherry lemonade tasted like mold. Worst lunch I ever had. And it cost $17 something ! I will never eat there again! No wonder why the place is always deserted! Absolutely terrible!
Why tell me WHY I sat there for 30 minutes. THIRTY MINUTES just to use the bathroom only to be told sorry sir we’re drive through only. DRIVE THROUGH ONLY???? I SAID SPECIFICALLY THAT I DIDNT WANT ANY FOOD OR DRINKS THEN WHEN THEY WERE NO WERE TO BE FOOD. I walked around scared and alone . I couldn’t find any body. NO ONE. For thirty minutes until a kind stranger explained to me that sonic had no rest rooms I immediately RAN TO THE CLOSEST GAS STATION. A mile away!!!! Only to be told they had their restrooms closed. AT LEAST THEY TOLD ME. I will be sueing sonic for the damages done to my body and the embarrassment I had as I was forced to walk back to my car soiled in my own liquid. Btw don’t ask why I didn’t drive. I ran out of gas because I left my car on while waiting. I thought I had too!! No body else had their cars off. I had to have my own mother pick me up. Can you imagine explaining this to your own mother? This shame wasn’t caused by me. ITS ALL ON YOU AND YOUR HORRIBLE COMPANY PLEASE ADVERTISE THAT YOU DONT HAVE BATHROOMS IF YOU’RE TRYING TO RUN A RESPECTABLE ESTABLISHMENT
This place always disappoints me... I'd highly recommend finding a different place to grab a bite, sorry guys, I never want to speak poorly about anything, but time after time I'm just let down by the food served and the service given.. I think sonic needs to take their business plan back to the drawing board...
I had to repeat my order 3 times on the intercom. Then when I get to the window I had to tell them my order again then was served food that wasn't fresh. Never again
Was good and hot- just wish burgers had a little seasoning to them. Make it an option
