The food was fine. The service was fine. The app sucks. In particular, the app hides prices. You can't see them until you go thru Checkout (after verifying to which location you want to go). To me the prices seem high, which is probably why the app hides them, but their food is good. I'd rate the food 5 stars but the 1 star app cancels it out for me. We go to Sonic sometimes but not very often.
It's no fault of the staff as I'm sure they're super busy and working hard. I waited in line for 30 mins the other day though. I would have probably just left but I had placed my order online and already paid. Again the staff was friendly and apologetic, not their fault at all and I hope others in line were understanding and not rude. I was in no rush so it was fine but I just wanted to post for others that peak times- like dinner- may not be as quick as you'd like.
First, I tried to place an order online because I was just getting of from work and it kept kicking me out then it gave a message saying no more online orders after 10:40p and it was 10:41p…next I called because I put in my card info at one point…NO ANSWER…. I pull up to the restaurant at 10:56p to place an order (literally one sandwich) and was told that they were closed for the night. Definitely disappointed and will do my best not to go back to this location again.
Food was super super greasy. Order was messed up... Asked for no mayo, there was SO much mayo that I had to throw the buns away and wipe off the excess with several napkins. Took 15 minutes in the drive thru line. Overpriced.
Saw an ad on tv for half-priced dill burgers if you order on the app. I ordered. When I arrived I was informed they were out of the food I ordered. It took 15min to get my food and it was cold. Dumb idea if you can't update your app to show your food shortage and make the experience worth it.
I went through the drive through and had a pretty big order. I was assured everything was there. I got home and was missing several items. I tried to call the store and no one ever answered. I contacted corporate and was assured someone would get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago. And I’m still waiting. Horrible management and does not value their core values!!! Horrible customer service. All I wanted was a refund for the missing food or someone to make it right!! Is that so hard??!!
Got my order correct and the food was piping hot and fresh. Very impressed with the quality and taste received at this location. I have had negative experiences with other sonics, but this one gets it right! Definitely would recommend visiting this location for your Sonic fix!
Food was HORRIBLE!!!!I Love eating from Sonic but this location is disgusting, and they lack customer service skills. There was 1 vehicle in front of me, when I got to the order box, it was almost 5 min before they said anything.. then once at the window, I was made to wait almost 20 minutes before they took my payment!! I ordered a Grilled Chicken sandwich Combo with chili cheese Tots and a Dr Pepper. Paid a little over 10.00 for this orderNEVER AGAIN will I order Food from This location.The tots were burnt and covered with chili that was scorched.( made me sick ) the sandwich was lukewarm and had wilted lettuce and soggy tomatoes.When I attempted 3 times to call the store No one would even answer the phone.
I like many items at sonic. I love their onion Rings, popcorn chicken, coney dogs and several of their menu items. I don't eat hamburgers so I'm unable to rate them. I wish they would bring the fish sandwich back. I love their ice and buy it by the bag everytime I go, sometimes I just go for the ice. I was disappointed that to get a cup of ice they charge 75 cents. What! I guess next time I should order a water and see what they charge. Actually I'll bring a cup with me and fill my cup from the bag.
When I went to sonic from the Temple I got a Small Oreo Cheesecake from the menu amazing Food and Drinks you choose from different combos and drinks to go along with it to, and also the smoothies, shakes, and everything is so good.
